I ordered the crocodile-coffee colored Wrangler handbag with strap, thinking it might be an interesting bag for myself since the purse I've been using is a rather small, albeit elegant, leather cross body bag -- but this Wrangler tote bag is more than interesting: it's terrific since it is larger but not so large as the huge totes friends and family have been gifting me lately (I think to try to encourage me to stop using a backpack for work). Notice in my photos how carefully wrapped the Wrangler handbag came--not just in an ziplocked bag inside an Amazon bag but inside a Wrangler storage bag and with plastic wrap on the handles and on the midsection so as to protect the material and emblem well. My fingers and hand next to the bag in my photos give you a little perspective for the size of the bag, which feels very nice to the touch. There is sufficient room inside the bag for my phone, wallet, sunglasses case, pens, and keys, maybe even more, like a granola bar or a small notebook. But if I want my keys more readily accessible than the interior pocket, there's always the outside zippered compartment -- although the outside zippered compartment makes sense also for my train pass to be easily pulled out or put in for tapping upon entry or exit at the stations. Not shown in the photos is the great long detachable shoulder strap which I adjusted to see how the bag would be cross-body; the answer: perfect. It will fit nicely in front of my body that way while I hoist my big backpack filled with books and papers, sometimes even a laptop, onto my back, and the strap will keep the Wrangler handbag in front where I can get all the items I need to get into my office or onto the train or into my car--no more having to hoist the backpack off to get to my car key or office key nor digging around in my coat pockets for either. I'm really pleased with this Wrangler Tote Bag!
