Wanted to wait until I put these suitcases to the true test. All three held up amazing on my journey from New York to Japan. 95% of my trip was travel by public transit and on foot and they held up to the test. Truly exceeded my expectations. Rolled over and powered through every obstacle in my way. Luggage made it there and back with no damage. Color was beautiful as well! Fit all my purchases and kept all my items safe and secure. Held up walking miles in the rain and kept everything inside safe and dry. Can't get over how great these wheels glide over basically everything (even manned through rumble strips scattered on the sidewalks) Weight I cannot fully comment on because I'm a natural overpacker but I was able to manage and keep them all under the 50 pound weight limit! Great build quality and highly recommend for any journey near or far! So glad I chose this set instead of some comparable others - I will be using them for every trip I take and pretty much use them until the wheels fall off! (Which hopefully is not for a very long time because I love this set so much!) ... show more

Love the blue color! They seemed sturdy enough. I brought the larger one for a weeks trip about 45 lbs worth of stuff. Held up decently being checked - no wheel or outer shell damage. Just some scratches but no cracking which I was concerned about. The handle was damaged but not enough for it to be completely unusable. It was slightly bent but I was luckily still able to jimmy it up. This isn’t a deal breaker as the price point was low and let’s be for real, I think majority of handles on suitcases now a days aren’t as strong as they use to be. After the initial first damage on the handle it didn’t seem to get worse on the way back being checked. Was still able to pull up. Also brought the carry on for a weekend trip and the handle and wheels held up great being dragged through the streets of NYC. Zippers held up. ... show more

    • Wrangler is for jeans, not luggage

Remember this when thinking about buying these… wrangler is a jeans brand, not a luggage company. Used two of these bags very lightly on a trip and they are sooooo cheap. The wheels on both of the bags are already not working properly. Neither bag rolls straight anymore and there is resistance to rolling on some wheels. Neither bag was even closed to being overpacked, yet the zippers are uneven on each side now and seams are loose. I have a calpak carry on that I bought these to replace and honestly the brand new wrangler bags were lesser quality than my extremely beat up calpak carry on. The calpak has been on 10 international trips, probably 20 domestic flights, rolled on many cobblestone streets, WAY overstuffed, and just generally roughly handled, and im better off returning the wrangler bags and keeping that.
