I’m old school and remember when I bought jeans from another brand that were stiff as a board and dark, dark blue. Then they all came out “pre-washed, and I hated them!!!! I wanted the stiff jeans that I would wash twice in hot water and dry on hot to break em in. Then I saw these on Amazon and because I’m now a loyal “Wrangler” customer now, I decided to give them a try.! Way above my expectations. But the biggest thing is the fit!!!!! I’m always worried about buying clothes online because of the hassle of not fitting and the return time etc. but these fit perfectly!!!!! Two washes and a dry and I couldn’t be happier!!! In fact I’m going to buy a few more, next paycheck!!!!!! Thanks “Wrangler”!!!!! Oh and Thanks Amazon for making the buying process and delivery so easy!!!

The jeans are great. Fit nicely. I purchased a 36x30 first and then my desired 36x29 a couple days later when they became available. That's when I became a bit confused. The label in the 36x30 jeans said to wash in cold water and the label in the 36x29 told me to wash in hot water. HUH? So I washed inside out in cold water using only clothes softener then in hot using detergent plus clothes softener. Why the confusion? Probably because it doesn't matter and they could get rid of the label and the person who writes labels.

I have worn every name brand once but Wrangler is he best most durable pant ever made. I have Wranglers that have lasted 20 yrs and have been washed after each use. Wash inside out and dry but not over dry. On a farm/ranch they are a protective tool. In WY a new pair of Wranglers and Shirt is worn like a Tuxedo when going out to dinner. I hope they continue the quality for my lifetime. Today's Wranglers are as good or better than they were 50 years ago. I love the thread they sew with! They only get 5 stars because that is all there is.

These pants are stiff when you get them from raw denim, they need to be softened. When you look online people put sandpaper in the washer with them and a bunch of other crazy things, do this. 1. DO NOT WASH THESE JEANS WITH ANY OTHER THING. The water will turn solid blue. 2. I used an older washer with an agitator in the tube. 3. Run it through the wash cycle with your laundry detergent and a cap of softer. 4. After it finishes, spins and starts to refill, start it over on the wash cycle again, but add a cap of softer. 5. This time after it finishes, spins, and starts to refill, add a cap of softer to the water and let it finish. I ran them through the dryer, pull them out, and now have a soft and great-smelling pair of jeans.

Good bye Levis. I'm a 35 waist with a 29 inseam. That usual means buying a size 36.....then have gathres at the waist. The inseam is still a little off. But that's what tailors are for. These could not fit more perfectly. Was a little worried about the 100 percent cotton denim....bit despite been stiff (which I kinda like the feel) ...they are very comfortable Along with a 35 ins belt from Popov....blue denim shirt from Levi's...When I stepped out in this outfit I looked and felt like a million bucks....if I do say so myself...much laughter ☺️☺️☺️ Highly recommended. As Arnold once famously said...,I'll be back....for a pair of the Shadow Black. Once they are back in stock

I ordered a 34 waist even though my waist is 33 because I knew with a couple washings it would shrink to fit me nicely. In fact, I wanted the whole pant to shrink some and that's what it did. I washed it in hot water, dried it in a hot dryer, washed it again and dried it again. Came out perfect. And it will continue to shrink slightly which will make it fit even better. I like the fact that it is heavy cotton denim. It is a dark blue, but that will lighten up just a little with washing, but still look good, color-wise. And I love the try-before-you-buy approach. Regardless, this pair is much cheaper than buying it in a regular retail store. Now, if I can get the delivery people to place it on my back porch, as requested, rather than up front, I'll be happier.
