I have a cheap ($250) board that I really like, but wanted to upgrade. After much research between the pioneer 4 and Meepo V5, I decided on the pioneer 4. I am not disappointed. I'm 175lbs and have gotten it to 26mph on level ground. I did a 15 mile ride averaging 11mph, including stops and meandering around, and still had plenty of power when I got home.     • Weird electrical gremlins and long waits for replacement parts

The board arrived fine, but with 25% charge according to the remote when paired. I turned the board off, plugged the charger in to the board and it immediately fried itself even before plugging into my surge protector. (The manual says to plug into the board, then plug into the wall) Spectacular popping sounds and bright LED sputtering. I use this same power outlet and surge protector for other sensitive electronic devices with no issues although that doesn’t matter because this board toasted the charger with no connection to household current. To their credit, their customer service is responsive and sent a replacement charger- from China, which took weeks to arrive. It also fried itself the exact same way if not more spectacularly on being plugged into the board, which this time also emitted smoke from the charging port!! I would expect this from something cheap I got off aliexpress, not something that after taxes costs over $700. I would go through the process of getting more replacement parts, but if a few more days pass then I won’t be able to return the board through Amazon- which is convenient for them. If the first replacement part doesn’t solve your problem, you better PRAY the second one does, because by the time it arrives, you won’t be able to return the board anymore. I would NOT buy this without springing for that addon warranty Amazon offers. update: I tried to warn Amazon that the board is still intermittently smoking and making squealing sounds, they refuse to give the driver any warning or notice OR give UPS any contact information so they can check with me or at least tell me when they are arriving so I can warn the driver. UPS customer service is equally useless. I won’t be able to meet the driver unless I actually know when they will arrive- so it looks like a literal ticking lithium time bomb is going to be traveling around on a big brown truck.     • Fantastic Customer Service - Excellent Board
I purchased this board for my sons college graduation gift. He got it and loved the moment he climbed on it. He rode it for about three days and noticed a defect in one of the back wheels. I reached out to WOWGO and their responses were lightning quick. They offered to do anything they could immediately to solve the problem, ship me two new rear wheels, swap the board, whatever I wanted. I actually just ended up sending the board back through Amazon and ordering a new WOWGO board within a couple of days of the issue. That solved the problem for my son and the new board has remained perfect. He doesn't have a lot of hours on it yet but the issue manifested it's self immediately on the back tires of the first one so I think he's good. Either way, the WOWGO rep has stayed in constant contact even after I received the new board. He asked me to stay in touch and follow up if there are any other issues. He sent my son a WOWGO board helmet for the trouble we had with the first board. Awesome customer service. I have full confidence that WOWGO is the way to go for both board performance and absolutely for customer service. I highly recommend WOWGO boards. ... show more

Had a few screws break on some rough rides and they sent over some replacements for free. They are so helpful and reliable! The board itself is fast. Probably get the 105mm cloud wheels but it’s good nonetheless. Great electric longboard for adults commute with 22mile long range!

    • It's not water proof
It was very powerful and convenient to go around at first. I thought it water proof, but it's not. After riding in the rain and passing by some sort of water, it dead!!!! I used it just a little over a year. Now I am stuck with it. $700+ is gone after 1 year. I am trying to replace the battery and it cost another $300+, worth it? ... show more

This Eboard has balls, 4 speed levels, top speed is 30mph. At 253 lbs, it had no problems handling my weight and power/speed ratio, but beware, make sure you has all necessary helmet and padding on....

This board is awesome. Very powerful. Haven't made it to the last speed setting turbo, but hit 27mph in mode 3. Climbs big hills like they are nothing. I purchased from the wowgo website and for 10$ more than the Amazon price with 79$ coupon I got Cloud Wheels too which are worth well over 100$. Dollar to dollar beats Meepo which I was looking to before I did more research. Very happy with this board ... show more
