Loses air, needs to be topped off daily. The sprinkler doesn’t do a very good job getting both sides of the slide wet. The connector for the hose if not we’ll made or designed-won’t last long! Good news-the kids loved it for the short time it held up!

Probably a great slide for little kids, but not durable for teens and tweens. Ripped at the seam within hours of playing with it. It was a group of kids jumping and bouncing though.

I started by emailing the company when my 4 & 9 yr old grandchildren complained of hitting their bottom on the side of the inground pool when sliding. The company informed me that that would not happen if properly inflated- and sent pictures on how to inflate! It does happen- I have had many inflatable slides on the side of my 30x40 pool and NEVER had a problem with any of them! So, this is not my first rodeo with pool slides- I am very unhappy that the lady from the company was very adamant that this would not happen. The pool slide also has deflated many times and completely deflated yesterday- with discovering a split at the bottom of the side piece. I do not have anyone but 2- 9 year olds and 2- 4 year old using this slide. My son is trying to patch so I can’t send a picture of the totally deflated slide. DO NOT BUY THIS - you will be wasting money and the company will not help you try to solve the problem. I do not like to waste my money on a product whose company does not uphold their product. After one use by 3 little kids, has a hole by the steps. Amazon refers return issues to the manufacturer WOW, which refuses to honor the warranty and ship the replacement to Hawaii where the original order was shipped. Had one of these last year and also had multiple holes by the steps. I had patched the old one about 10 times before throwing it in the rubbish. This is a waste of $100 ... show more
