  • Great tool!

The item was received on time, easy to use and works as it should. Makes my small DIY project go faster. Good quality tool and I think it’s worth the money spent for it. Since the first time it was charged the battery still has plenty of power left.

  • The carry bag was NOT included

I like the tool as I have other Worx products. I'm disappointed that the bag was not in my box. Why is that? The tool sounds lightweight at a little over 6 pounds but is heavy for me. I was using it above my head so it felt even heavier. Using it normally however, is great. I had ordered another one with a case and it would not work reliably. Worx always works for me! I will be contacting customer service to get the bag but the product is great and reliable. Recommended. Update: I called Amazon about the missing bag in my order and they corrected the issue immediately! Now I'm a happy camper that I have handles to carry this awesome tool in. Thank you Amazon, much appreciated! ... show more

  • Doesn’t work in cold weather
Style: 16Ga Straight Finish Nailer (Tool only)
When the temp is below 45F (that’s 7C in non-freedom units) the tool simply doesn’t work until I warm up the batteries. I have had the same problem with the 10” chainsaw from this brand. Annoyingly underdesigned in that regard. Otherwise seems sturdy and works great.

  • Worx Junkie Extremely Disappointed
Style: 16Ga Straight Finish Nailer (Battery &am...
I am a Worx junkie - if it's Worx, I want it - all the power tools, vacuums, lights, fans, everything! But this one has me extremely disappointed. I bought one a year back, and it only worked 10% of the time. I just re-bought a new one, and this one has not fired a nail. I made sure the channel is clear (no jams), the batteries are fully charged, and the nails are correct size, clean and free of debris. Nothing! The gun "fires", but no nail comes out. This is a difficult unit to diagnose and repair because of design - guess I have to call Support - or throw it out and buy another brand :-P ... show more

  • My first WORX tool that I regret getting it.
Style: 20V 18GA Nail & Staple Gun (Battery ...
I like tools from WORX. They have some inovation that other tool manufactureres do not consider. I have a few tools from WORX, which I use frequently. This cordless nailer, howver, misses the mark. It is really heavy. I understand the nature of product needs a lot of parts. But it is too heavy to handle it with one hand for a continous work. I had to return it because the depth gause is not working. The nails stick out a bit on the surface of the lumber that I had to hammer them all. I set the depth gauge at various location, but the results were all same. I don't know what was the issue. The wood was a soft wood - pine. If it cannot handle pine, it cannot handle any of the potential lumbers. I gave a benefit of doubt on this cordless nailer and was very exited about it, but it did not meet the minimum score. I returned it. ... show more
