I bought this to use for my socket set. The little compartments up top work great for all my sockets, and I removed several of the bigger compartments in the bottom to hold my other tools. There was room up top for my 3/8 inch and 1/4 inch sockets, my Torx sockets, my Allen wrenches, and both socket drivers as well as 2 extenders. The build is very sturdy with large metal locks and a nice, oversized handle. I like the way the top slides open instead of using a hinge. I think that should help with the sturdiness and longevity of the box. Overall, it's exactly what I was looking for.

I needed something for small guitar parts/ tools, and this fits the bill, including removable compartments. It seems sturdy with solid closures and a big handle. It is replacing an old 1978 'Plano' tackle box that was miraculously still pretty solid, but this thing looks to be way more 'road worthy' & seems really solid, especially for the price. Also, from the reviews, I loved the medic kit another reviewer purposed this for - I might steal that idea, next!

This is being used to help our shop organize our wire Farrells. I like the way the top slides and has feet to help prevent it from tipping. We removed 2 bin to fit the wire strippers and crimp tools. I have found myself upset with the locks, because if they're not opened fully the latches have hooks that stop it from opening. Not a design flaw just me being impatient but can be aggravating.

We are using it as a medicine kit. The blue cups are inserts that can be removed as needed to make more space. The unit slides out smoothly and the whole thing, including the handle, is good quality. Would buy again.

The quality of this tools box is top notch. It’s sturdy and versatile. I’m using it for a large first aid kit, but it would also be a great tool, sewing, craft, art or collection box. I’ll probably buy more for those purposes. Would make a great gift for anyone with any hobby, really. If I had any complaint really, it would be that I wish the boxes came in a variety of sizes instead of just two. But I just took out some to make more room so not too bit of a deal.

I bought this for a sewing box for my teen granddaughter. It seems like it will last for years. I like the flexibility since all the compartments can be moved or removed as needed. I also like the way it opens up and everything is accessible at the same time.
