I'm having a great time using this powerhouse of a tool. The battery life is great for what I use it for. I can go through a project in a day and use it on and off and not have to charge. I cut wood, metal from PC cases, PVC pipe, stuff like that. I even used it to cut some thin sheet metal behind my brake disc on my car. The only downside was that I had to get form washers to stop the discs from slipping when I applied more pressure. I just bought a few from my local hardware store and I was good to go. Make sure to get washers that are strong. If there is slippage, the soft ones you get with the tool will just burn down from the friction. It is quite noisy but that's expected. The tool just feels well made in hand and has actually taken a couple falls and still works great.

I’m a professional dog groomer and decided to try this brand after using the Dremel brand for the last twenty years. One of my best friends is currently dealing with breast cancer (thankfully caught early) so this special edition marketing absolutely sold me alongside positive user reviews. So far, it works great and I will buy this brand again in the future! Honestly, I like it better than my dremel branded grinders. I love that you just pop the battery itself out and charge it, which it does quickly! The dremel brand charging stations always stop charging properly after daily use, so I love that this will solve that problem. I find it light, sturdy, easier to grip, and so far the battery hasn’t died on me during my shift. The only minor complaint is the rubber component on the metal rod-spools I’d use with the sandpaper for grinding nails is either too small, or the spool sandpaper is too large-they slide right off. I had to swap the included spools out with my Dremel brand accessory, then it worked perfectly. I also find that I can get in and around the dog’s nails easier, and there is less chance of me grinding my own finger by accident! That hurts so bad.

I’m kind of a diehard fan of Dremel products, but was very underwhelmed by their cordless offerings. I bought them, but they regularly stall out and can’t take much of a load before they stop. They lack power. I was helping my niece tune up her roller derby skates, and we had to grind down some of the mounting hardware on the bottom of her plates to keep it from causing grooves in her wheels because she keeps her trucks very loose. Anyway, my brother-in-law happened to have one of these, and offered to let me use it when I asked if he had any type of grinding tools. When I saw it with some kind of brand, I never heard of before I was expecting it to be junk, but I was wrong, and I’m willing to admit it. This tool impressed me so much that as soon as I was done working on my nieces skates, I asked my brother-in-law where he gotten his, then logged onto my Amazon app and ordered one of my own. This thing is strong, has adjustable speeds, doesn’t stall out, unless you really really overload it, and the battery life is impressive. At this price point, it just can’t be beat. I love Dremel products, but they could take a lesson from this little tool for their cordless stuff. The only downside is, I wish it came with a second battery. Even though the battery life is long, it would be nice to have an extra.

Total waste of money. Completely useless. I bought this inexpensive rotary tool thinking that I'd save a little money since I only use one every now and then. I put it away and didn't use it for a couple of months, so there was no option to return it at that point. The problem with it is the shaft locking mechanism doesn't engage, so there is no way to lock down the shaft and tighten accessories into place to use the tool. As a result, it is completely useless. Don't waste your money. Spend a few dollars more for the Dremel or Craftsman or similar brand. You'll save money in the long run.
