    • Great tool for pipe making. Long battery life
Color: Pink
Great tool for what I need to use it for. I create custom tobacco pipes and this dremel worked great with the provided bits and tips. Works well and the battery lasts a long time. I don't mind the pink color and happy to support the cause.

    • Powerful cordless rotary tool!
Color: Grey
I’m kind of a diehard fan of Dremel products, but was very underwhelmed by their cordless offerings. I bought them, but they regularly stall out and can’t take much of a load before they stop. They lack power. I was helping my niece tune up her roller derby skates, and we had to grind down some of the mounting hardware on the bottom of her plates to keep it from causing grooves in her wheels because she keeps her trucks very loose. Anyway, my brother-in-law happened to have one of these, and offered to let me use it when I asked if he had any type of grinding tools. When I saw it with some kind of brand, I never heard of before I was expecting it to be junk, but I was wrong, and I’m willing to admit it. This tool impressed me so much that as soon as I was done working on my nieces skates, I asked my brother-in-law where he gotten his, then logged onto my Amazon app and ordered one of my own. This thing is strong, has adjustable speeds, doesn’t stall out, unless you really really overload it, and the battery life is impressive. At this price point, it just can’t be beat. I love Dremel products, but they could take a lesson from this little tool for their cordless stuff. The only downside is, I wish it came with a second battery. Even though the battery life is long, it would be nice to have an extra. ... show more

    • Quality tool that goes above and beyond.
Color: Grey
It doesn't always happen because I am a stickler for quality, but this set works even better than I had hoped. The battery last a long time between charges and the speed control is right on. The tool fits great in your hand and just has and feel of quality. I looked online at several other brands, but reviews on this one seemed the best. I know why now. Glad I purchased this one and recommend it for sure. My old plug in Dremel may go on the wall as a decoration if this WorkPro keeps working like it has. ... show more

    • Good
Color: Grey
Gets the job done, battery isn’t the best and dies quick if you are using to grind away at metal with the highest speed

    • Great tool, great battery, great value.
Color: Grey
I'm having a great time using this powerhouse of a tool. The battery life is great for what I use it for. I can go through a project in a day and use it on and off and not have to charge. I cut wood, metal from PC cases, PVC pipe, stuff like that. I even used it to cut some thin sheet metal behind my brake disc on my car. The only downside was that I had to get form washers to stop the discs from slipping when I applied more pressure. I just bought a few from my local hardware store and I was good to go. Make sure to get washers that are strong. If there is slippage, the soft ones you get with the tool will just burn down from the friction. It is quite noisy but that's expected. The tool just feels well made in hand and has actually taken a couple falls and still works great. ... show more

    • Good little rotary tool
Color: Grey
Does a good job of sharpening chain saw chains and grinding or sanding small objects. Good quality, easy to use and great not being tethered to a cord.

    • Better than Dremel’s Offerings
Color: Grey
Review Image by Eric
It actually surprises me that in the age of cordless tools, Bosch (owner of Dremel) still has yet to produce one that isn’t complete garbage. And I say this as a fan of their corded units. I don’t do a ton of hobby work, but when you need something small to cut in confined areas, you can’t beat a Dremel. I finally pulled the trigger on this unit after researching for a couple of months, and I just couldn’t find anything else that met my needs. I had a couple requirements and this met them. It has to have independently charging battery packs (I don’t want to throw out a tool just because the battery is bad and can’t be replaced), it has to be variable speed, and it has to be 12V (every 8V unit I’ve ever tried just doesn’t have the power I need). This meets all 3 requirements, AND it’s not much bigger / heavier than a standard Dremel. It comes with the charger, battery, your standard cheap Dremel accessory kit, and a bag which is NOT a blow-moulded case (this is a good thing, those take up far too much space in my service van). I actually bought a second battery. This thing has all the power of a corded unit. My only real complaint is that I didn’t buy it sooner. ... show more

    • Absolutely the worst purchase I’ve ever made
Color: Grey
UPDATE: the company reached out to me to offer a full refund. They did not ask any follow-up questions. They were aware of my complaints of the item. They initially simply wanted to make things better by refunding my purchase. I didn’t even ask for that. Then they came back and said they changed their mind and I am now thinking that they did this hoping I would alter my review. They have now decided not to refund me. That’s not the issue. That’s totally fine. But you don’t offer a full refund and then change your mind. That’s leaves a very bad impression of the company. Deceptive business practices. If I could give this item 0 stars I would. First off it’s massive in the hand. This is advertised as being able to use for dogs. So when you’re doing your dogs paws, you don’t want something. That’s massive in your hand. Secondly, the instructions are absolutely useless and that’s probably the reason why I hate this the most. There are no real instructions. So this is really made for a man who just doesn’t need instructions or refuses to use them. ... show more
