I don't know if I would call these 'work' boots unless you don't mind trashing them or are going to wear them in a gentle environment. That said, these may be the most comfortable shoes or boots I have ever felt on first try on. No breaking them in, I put them on with no added inserts (which I purchased in advance) and they were super comfy. I'm keeping them safe so I can use them as black dress shoe replacements. Their look is a good balance between casual dress and dress so they'll pair well with slacks or khakis. The design is visible but not overpowering. The traction is insane, better than most of my sneakers. No ice skating on slick floors in these boots! Hope they get my size in the brown soon so I can grab a pair of those too. I normally wear size 7-7.5 but ordered size 8 in these because I bought a similar brand and the size 7.5 fit like 6.5. These fit perfect. Not sure what they are made out of, so don't know how it will hold up over time. Most importantly, they do not have that awful chemical smell so many shoes and products seem to have. ... show more

You have to choose 2 sizes too big. I'm a 10.5 and I chose a 12.5 based on other reviews. Fits perfectly. Not really for working but more for fashion, maybe if you have a job at an office or as a realtor or something but want to put forward an cowboy aura. I wouldn't recommend these to an actual ranch hand though. But they're perfectly fine for a Texas guy who works in finance. ... show more

High-school production of footloose requires some cowfolk atire.. bought the cheapest boots I could find. For what I'm using them for, I don't need great boots, if you do, don't buy these. Size up!! I wear a size 11.5 and went up to 12.5 and they're still tight. Anyway, these are still stylish and I'm happy they came in time for the show. ... show more

Nice looking Honky Tonking two stepping boots. But definitely wouldn’t try working 8 hours in these boots. Unless you’re Joni’s sitting on your butt most of the time. The souls have absolutely no cushion also if you have a high instep you may wish to try a size bigger. I bought some boot stretcher for when I’m not wearing them.
