I was thrilled to discover Unscripted. The Night Is Young, as it didn’t contain any fragrances I'm allergic to. The anticipation was a mix of excitement and trepidation, as I was unfamiliar with the robust notes of cognac. But the experience turned out to be delightful. The bottle is quite attractive, and the 3.4 oz size offers good value for a perfume of this quality. It held up perfectly while traveling, with no spills or breakage. As someone who seldom wears perfume, I found the scent strong, so my preferred approach is to spray it in the air and walk through the mist. Despite its intensity, the spicy-sweet blend with hints of vanilla is intriguing, and importantly, it didn’t trigger any sneezing or itching. This has quickly become one of my new favorites in my collection. I'm a scentophile (is that a thing?) I love new scents, and I pick them up like one would try new snack flavors. When this one popped up, my fiancé grabbed it, knowing it sounded like something I'd love. She was right. First, the bottle size is actually rather large. It's one of the larger bottles I own. The bottle is well-made and sturdy with thick glass. The scent is fantastic, it's crisp, timeless, bold, yet subtle and sultry. I can't describe what it smells like, but it certainly smells high-end. I don't think this one could disappoint. I like my scents to last 263 years. I want to smell it on my clothes after I wash them. I want that smell to be seared into the nostrils of everyone forever. This scent does a good job of staying on me. I'll notice it hours later, which is exceptionally rare. I have a terrible sense of smell, but this one stays. It's not nauseating or loud, but it speaks with volume and confidence. I will 1000% buy another bottle of this. It has become one of my top 5, even surpassing some of my more expensive scents that cost upwards of $ 100 for a smaller bottle. The wearability is fantastic, and it's a scent you'll want to wear. I recommend to anyone looking for a good, strong, crisp, sexy, woodsy, spicy, musky, masculine scent. It's on me for not looking at the package dimensions in the listing, I didn't expect a 3oz bottle to be so big! This bottle will last absolutely forever, the cap goes on and off easily while still being firmly in place (no screwing, just friction), it sprays well. I've had some perfumes where you have to gamble on spraying a few times when it's a brand new bottle to get any product out, and I didn't have that issue with this one, it was already 'primed'. It honestly smells great, and the smell lasted all day (one spray indirectly on my shirt). It's an earthy, spicy, smooth scent. I found the smell to be incredibly relaxing, and it feels like it fits right in between masculine and feminine - i really think that anyone could wear this scent without it being like "dude, that's perfume" or "why is a chick wearing men's cologne." ... show more

Scent: This perfume/cologne is strange. I’ve saw few gender neutral perfumes but none this strong in scent. It takes one or two sprays to smell for a few hours but the smell, I can’t make it work. I don’t like how it smells at all. It’s very woodsy, but has a touch of sweetness ( guessing it’s the vanilla) that fades shortly after applying to skin or clothing. So it’s stronger notes of scent are woodsy, deep manly scents. I’ve never encountered a perfume that I can’t use even if I don’t like the smell, but this is a Scent I can’t work with. The bottle is sophisticated and nice looking but the perfume itself is, not for me. ... show more
