This is an attractive comforter set. The fabric is 100% cotton, while the fill is 100% polyester. It is properly sewn, with even seams and no rough edges. The fabric is a little rough--it almost feels like a thin denim. The comforter itself is lightweight and quite fluffy. In fact, it's so fluffy that I'll have to take this to the laundromat to wash it, as it won't fit in my home washing machine. The comforter does come out of the package with a slight odor, so it will definitely have to be washed before use. I took off a star because the price seems pretty high. ... show more

I am really happy with this bedding set! The color is a nice neutral gray that gives the room a clean, modern feel without being too plain. It fits the bed really well and lays nicely without bunching up. The fabric is soft and comfortable, not super thick, might be a little warm for summer, but it is perfect for winter/fall. I have to be honest. Coming out of the package, this comforter stinks. Really bad. Chemically and stinky. I had intended on tossing it on the bed at my Airbnb for my mid-term guests moving in so that they don't ruin my duvet/duvet covers by washing them without removing the duvet cover first which is what mid-term guests seem to always do. It is thicker than I expected which means I will have to take it to the laundromat to wash it. That is inconvenient and means I can't use it in my Airbnb. The pillowcases came out extremely wrinkled which means they will be even wrinklier after a wash and would require ironing to keep them looking nice. This is all just too much maintenance for a comforter. I was hoping for something that was at least easy to wash at home. Good it's fluffy and thick, bad it has to go to a laundromat. This is soft, comfortable, cool, luxurious..It fits my king-sized bed with plenty of room on the sides. This is just the comforter and pillow shams (that you may or may not want to sleep on). Looks great on our bed and does not wrinkle...Very happy I found this, and very happy that it feels warm enough when it's cold out, and cool enough when it's warm out, if that makes sense. I received this Woolrich Twin Comforter Set. I love the color, and the size is perfect for the size of my bed. However, I am surprised at the rough materials, especially because the Amazon page says, "Experience the breathable, skin-friendly embrace of 100% cotton on both sides." I find the comforter to be a bit too abrasive on me, while the sham was almost (not quit) like sleeping on a pair of jeans. Regardless, the comforter looks nice and is much more manageable with a sheet over me to separate the comforter. The shams look nice, but they are too rough for me to sleep on them. ... show more
