  • Great bandages that breath
These wool bandages do what wool does well…it breathes. No plastic to hold in moisture and make your skin appear as if you’ve spent too much time in the pool. These are nice, almost too nice to be thrown away. I wish they came with more in the package. I travel a lot and have never seen these before, not even in New Zealand where these are from. As someone who has a problem with allergies to regular bandages, these are a nice change that didn’t give me any reaction. These are very nice and quite an upgrade from what you find at any store. These are a great buy! ... show more

  • Off-putting Color
Pros: These bandages feel high quality and do the job well. I really like an alternative to the normal types with this wool. I had no issues with usage or adhesion. The manufacturer container is streamlined and fits easily into my purse. Cons: There are only a few bandages per container, but again, it is wool. I put one on to go to the doctor's office, but then I realized how distracting the dark color was on my hand. It just looked so odd. I would not want to wear them in a super visible area of the body. Overall, I like the product, but I would save it for wounds I am most concerned about and ones that are not prominently located. I hope this review helps you! ... show more

  • Nicest bandaids I've ever owned
I was wondering what the big deal was about wool bandaids. I was happy to know they were more natural and I like that they're hypoallergenic cause I'm allergic to normal bandaids - but my allergy is to the adhesive - which they still have. (I usually use the non-adhesive bandages that stick to themselves). That being said, these bandaids are so comfortable. I love the feel of them - it's almost like a blanket. You get only 5 -2 big ones and 3 normal sized ones. I'm not sure they're worth paying that kind of $ for something like this. I can get 2 packs of regular, even brand name, bandaids for this price and those packages have A LOT more in them. These are high quality but I'm not sure why I'd feel the need to pay a high price for them unless they didn't cause the rash/burn I normally get when wearing a bandaid. But I have to add that the adhesion is much better than normal bandaids. I'm not sure if I recommend them or not. I do for the quality if you want a high quality bandaid ?? It DOES feel very good and stays put, but the price is pretty high. I guess it depends on how long you're keeping it on and if you are pretty tactile (which I am). ... show more

  • Strong adhesion, attractive for a bandage
I wasn't sure what to expect from a bandage that was one of 5 pieces in a set that cost $6.99, but I was pleasantly surprised that it really is much nicer than a standard (generic OR brand-name) bandage. It didn't pull at my skin while on, but the adhesion was strong and it also didn't peel off before it was time to remove it. It stood up to some abrasion from the outside, and the included sizes are good for a range of injury dimensions. The price has actually dropped a bit from when I ordered, so I'd say it's even more worthwhile. ... show more

  • The nicest, most expensive adhesive bandages I've ever used
Plastic adhesive bandages are awful. I usually buy the "tough" version of fabric adhesive bandages and they work just fine for me. I had never seen disposable adhesive bandages made from actual merino wool before. These bandages ARE very nice. I've never seen their equal, honestly. They are spectacular. They are also very expensive for made-in-China bandages. Too expensive, IMO. The product is stellar, but I can't recommend them due to the price. ... show more

  • amazing
okay i love this little travel pack with different sizes. they were very soft. i put it on this burn area i had where my bra straps go to protect it from additional irritation and it stayed on all day and didn't hurt the burn at all. the adhesion is great and also no bothersome at all

  • Flexible comfort!
WoolAid Hyperfine Merino Wool Adhesive Bandages, for Sensitive Skin- The Emergency Multipack for Natural Wounds…My very first try with merino wool bandages! I had a small mole biopsied on my back and I used one of these bandages for a few days. The flexibility was good, and the adhesion was great with no irritation at all. The bandage stayed on for two days until I took it off. Even tho it got wet when I showered, it did dry fairly quickly, although it’s not waterproof. The price point is high, but I will likely get another to keep on hand in my horse trailer LQ for camping and to have for emergencies where wetness is not a factor. ... show more

  • Nice bandages
These bandages have a nice, soft texture and are actually much thinner / less bulky than I was expecting. They are about the same thickness as a normal plastic bandage even though they’re made of merino wool. It’s a great alternative to plastic bandages and more comfortable too. I’ve never seen a merino wool bandage but I love the concept. The annoying part about using plastic bandages is that, as soon as they get wet, the bandages get squishy and your skin gets pruney in that area. I haven’t had that problem with these merino wool bandages because merino wool is naturally breathable and doesn’t retain water like plastic does. The bandages stick well to my skin too, so no complaints here. The price may seem a bit high for just five bandages, but remember - they’re made of merino wool and come in two sizes (two rectangular extra large bandages sized 76x50mm and three regular long bandages sized 76x19mm). This is great to toss into an emergency kit or into your gym/outdoor bag. Great innovation to a product that has been around for many decades! ... show more
