Absolute staple for efficient drying, softening and static remove of clothes. I was a bit worried as these did have a scent when I got them. I’m happy to report that asking using them in my drier there is no longer a scent and it also didn’t transfer to my clothes.

The media could not be loaded. I have been using these dryer balls for about 2 maybe 3 weeks.. and so far they have worked perfectly.. I was unaware of how to use them at the beginning, only using one ball in the laundry at a time and still getting the occasional static. Once I looked up how to use them online and to use multiple for what size laundry load and or what material drying .. I finally got the static free results I was hoping for. Yay! Occasionally I still end up with some static but I thinks that’s me loading the dryer to full. I submitted a video of drying a fleece blanket (I said it was in there for 5 minutes, it was more like 15) and taking it out of the drying with no static.. that makes me happy.. even dryer sheets couldn’t cut the entire electrical flow out of the fleece and I used name brand sheets (before). I started using these dryer balls because A) they are cheaper then continuously buying dryer sheets, B) they are way more convenient to store. As a matter of fact I don’t need to store them anywhere, I pretty much just always leave them in the dryer and C) my boyfriend was randomly having some serious skin (allergic) reactions to something all over his body. We didn’t know if it was the body soap, laundry detergent, or the occupational dryer sheets I would use, so we decided to go organic / pure with all of our products. Since using these he hasn’t had any issues/ breakouts. I would definitely recommend this product, Hope This Helps!

The media could not be loaded. I wanted some of these wool balls after visiting a relative who used them and liked them. These come in a bag to keep them in. Before I used them, I tossed all of the balls along with the bag into the dryer and let them 'dry' for about 40 minutes. Just made me feel better to do that. My clothes do come out feeling softer and not wrinkly. As for static, there were a couple of items that were staticky but not all of them. However, I do know that with my relative's wool dryer balls they did that for a few dries and then the static wasn't as bad. Ultimately, I think it will be according to what kind of clothing and maybe even what time of year--like here, it is winter and very dry outside and inside. I didn't have any lint or residue on my clothes after use. I didn't find them loud. I put all of them in a load of regular clothes and every so often I could hear a dryer ball hit the sides, but it didn't bother me--I put a video of my clothes drying so you could hear it, and I was close to the dryer. I also did a load of towels and boy that's where I saw the difference! I don't use softener on my towels ever because it builds up on towels and will make them less absorbing over time. But these dryer balls made my towels feel softer and even thicker and fluffier--there was a noted difference. I would consider putting essential oil on half of these to use with my towels or sheets. I'm quite pleased with my order and only wish I'd done it sooner. Also, I snagged them on sale, so even better!

These lil guys really do shorten your drying time. They're well worth the cost & you'll def see a reduction in your electric bill if you do as much laundry as I do!

I've been using these dryer balls for 6 months now, and they have replaced my liquid fabric softener. For most clothing, the dryer balls handle most of the wrinkles and static. Of course, as with any fabric softener, the things that need ironing are still going to need ironing, but these dryer balls perform at least as well as the liquid fabric softener I was previously using, but without leaving residue on the fabric. They have also measurably sped up the drying time, presumably because the balls bounce around among the items in the dryer, allowing more air circulation. The dryer seems to run a lot more efficiently with these, even just on the air-dry setting. Highly recommended.

I was skeptical but I was also tired of using dryer sheets, full of chemicals, so I ordered the wool dryer balls. To my amazement, after drying a large load of laundry with one wool dryer ball in this mix, my clothes had zero static, zero lint, and zero pet hair (I have a dog and long-haired cat). This load of laundry was scent free but somehow my clothes still smelled fresh. For the next load, I added pure essential oil drops to the wool dryer ball (Lavender, otto rose, and sandalwood) and my clothes and blankets smelled amazing. The instructions state that one wool dryer ball will last like a 1,000 washes (i forgot the exact number of times it can be reused, but it's a lot). I have been using the same two dryer balls (one scented and one unscented) for a few months now and they still work just fine. If you're sick of paying through the nose for chemical filled dryer sheets that you use once and throw away, give these wool dryer balls a try. They are better for your budget, your clothes, your dryer, and the environment! I would give 10 stars if I could!!
