Just the right height
Color: Ebony(non-slip)
It looks decent, just fits under the bed so it’s out of the way. Docked one star because the surface feels slippery when using it with socks on my feet. Might need to put some anti skid strips on it.

Step stool
Color: Dark Walnut(non-slip)
Had been looking for a stool that I could use to get into my high bed. This is perfect, blends in with the color of wood of my bed & very sturdy & enough room to move your feet.

Mostly nice, with some unfortunate aesthetics
Color: Dark Walnut(non-slip)
This review is for the RORKEE wooden step stool in the Dark Walnut (brown) finish. Pros: this stool certainly feels very solid, the solid wood part is very thick and feels heavy, and so do the metal legs. I appreciate the grippy rubber bottoms on the legs to keep them from sliding! Assembly was easy. I would trust this stool to hold the 350 lbs advertised. Cons: I think the glossy finish on the top of the stool could be quite slick for someone in socks, especially a kid. Despite its potential for slipperiness, the finish on the top of the stool is nice…HOWEVER, the finish on the beveled edges and the sides is not ideal. It’s very gritty at points and looks like it was painted before it had been sanded down or something. I gave this 4/5 stars because it mostly serves its purpose well, but given how simple the design is its a shame that the sides weren’t more thoughtfully designed/stained. There’s not much going on here, so I think it’s reasonable to expect it all to look more polished than what I received.

Light Weight but Strong

I purchased this to aid me and getting into my bed (which is high) after my surgery. It has helped me a lot and it's beautiful and matches my bed nicely. This is very stable and strong.
