I'm in love with this tub. I couldn't get a bigger size, due to the space I had avaliable I'm 5'5, and I fit in it just fine. A taller person would probably feel cramped, though. I think it's very pretty, and my water stays warm for a very long time. My contractor installed it and had no complaints.

The first tub we ordered arrived with a large crack in it. The Amazon return process was fairly seamless and we had a new tub within two weeks. If I was up against a deadline it might have been inconvenient, but I wasn't so it all worked out. The tub is lightweight and can be moved by two people easily and one person in a pinch. Installation was quick and directions were sufficient. The feel is probably not as good as a porcelain fixture, but you cannot beat the price, and the look is great. I am a 5’1” 189 lbs. woman. Installation: I was able to take it up two flights of stairs in my 122 year old home. I installed it 100% on my own. It came with very detailed instructions & the adjustable/leveling feet was wonderful for my old home. Use: I love using this tub! I take a bath probably 2-3 times per week.
