Tub arrived with seam separating. My plumber said that he has had multiple Woodbridge tubs like this one with seam at top of tub splitting when he goes to install. Woodbridge will not exchange nor refund and said this was shipping damage which it is not.

The tub arrived in good condition thanks to excellent packaging. The tub was not as described. The overflow drain was not sealed as listed in their description, it was an overflow hose like competitors use. Also, the drain hose supplied is useless. Its a 1.5" standard tread where it connects to the pancake trap and the other end is some type of "push" or friction connection. It will not seal in either a 1.5 or 2" drain pipe. It appears to be made from polypropylene so it cannot be glued to a pvc pipe. This type of drain connection does not meet code in most places in the US. You will need to design and purchase your own drain connection in order to install.

After our contractor mismeasured and ordered a tub that was too large, we found this one on Amazon. It arrived in just a few days. Although the outside packaging was damaged the delivery team unwrapped it and luckily it was fine. We quickly got it installed by a more experienced team and it was up and running just in time for a new mom to come home from the hospital and enjoy a good shower. Her husband and little daughter love the depth and the size which is just fine for a hefty six foot dad.

This is a fantastic tub. I’m absolutely loving it. It’s perfect and the quality is great. When I shopped around the price was way overpriced. They coordinated delivery with me and delivered a perfect tub. The only downside is if your taller than 5ft get it a bigger one. It’s perfect for petite women.

If you are very small and also very short then this is great. But if you are 5 feet tall, or taller, forget this tub. I regret my purchase. So narrow and so small that I can see it being used for a child only or to wash your dog but if you think you are going to soak and relax, not in this tub.

Very cute and very comfy. The size is perfect for me (I’m 5’4). The plumber did not use the flexible drain and instead did a regular hard plumb drain on it. He said it looked way too flimsy. The contractor was not able to glue the tub down (it stands on 4 adjustable leveling knobs) so it can move around slightly when you bump against in while empty. I still love it!

It is a beautiful tub! Gorgeous lines! Small - but fits my family & the space we had! We insulated the hollow interior, between the tub and the outer walls, with insulation left over from the remodel. The water stays hot for an extended period of time, I am sure! We found a free standing sink to match the shape of the tub - made a beautiful bathroom!
