Love the look & features to include the lights, various spa settings or just to soak. Like others mentioned, the stupid sticker is taking forever to get the sticky part off, but that’s the only issue. Great size for long legs too!

The media could not be loaded. This is a great Jacuzzi tub. Woodbridge seems to be a good brand great price changing color lights bottom jets side jets I have a 72 inch and it works fantastic except when you have the bottom air bubble jets on you will get some splash over there’s no adjusting that, so I don’t use the bottom air bubble jets often the other side jets have a control for less or more. I love this. It came well packaged. And zero problems I did not install it myself a plumber did so I cannot comment about insulation, but as far as everything else, it’s a great tub and a good value

The media could not be loaded. We have had this tub for a while and I have yet to have it work for more than two weeks without having to disconnect, raise the tub, and reconnect the vacuum switches. Worst purchase for the price ever. I am however, saddened because other than those crappy switches it would be fantastic. Disappointed. Taking with customer service. Seems they are wanting me to try to repair this for the 15th time using PVC glue again or clamps. Perhaps they should have built it correctly the first time? Will update to see if they decide to make it right. They asked for a video as proof of the issue. So, why not upload it here as well?

Although the tub looks very nice in the space, there is a design/ location FLAW with the drain plug stopper drain is located right where you sit and where it is very easy to bump into it while bathing, causing the TOO sensitive plug to pop and the tub to start draining. Even if you brush by it inadvertently the water starts draining. THIS PLUG NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO BE SECURED IN A LOCK POSITION WHILE BATHING, Maybe a screw down design instead of a push down / popup design?? you can't even hear that it is draining (especially with jets running )and you have to constantly keep checking it. So what should be a relaxing experience is ruined by the constant need to keep checking if the drain has started draining. This doesn't become apparent until the tub is fully installed and in use. I paid over $2600 for a tub that should be able to hold water until the bather is done bathing. I called Woodbridge right after it was installed and got NO HELP from customer service.

I purchased and had TWO other tubs delivered and returned. The first was too short for my tall husband, the second got cracked because it was delivered upside down. So on the third try and after more significant research decided on this tub. It fits my husband who is 6ft. He can sit up straight, his legs are comfortable, it's no extra room. I am 5' 3" and I FLOAT!! The tub feels huge and it took a few times to adjust to the size. The jets and are wonderful but be be sure to adjust them so the bubbles hit right. I'm honestly not sure how long bath tubs with jets last these days but I definitely feel like we got our money's worth. I also paid the small extra for Amazon delivery to bring the tub all the way to the bathroom. No worries about who was going lift it and bring it in for installation or worry about an upside down delivery.

I love the new tub. Nice elegant look. My plumber had a little bit of trouble hooking it up to the drain but eventually figured it out. Some things I wish I knew...Air bubble jets at the bottom of the tub are really strong and makes the water splash out of the tub, wish they were gentler. It does have a regulator to turn down the jets but it makes very little difference. Since I don’t really use this feature for that reason, I wish I had bought one of the less expensive models without the the bottom air bubbles. There is also an LED light that ALWAYS comes on whenever you turn on the jets around the tub (which is the feature I use the most) and The light is constantly changing colors. I’m not a fan of this light, I think it’s tacky. At minimum. I wish there was a feature to turn it off or select one color to stay on continuously...I feel like I’m at the club. If I had known this before I may have purchased a different tub without the light. Otherwise it was a great buy.

Got tub, plumbed and wired by licensed plumber and electrician, unit would not come on. Called customer support, who told me I have to send an email to get help, but also told me it was probably a faulty control panel. Also told me they would probably SEND me the part and I or an electrician would have to install. Not sure why I have to pay someone to replace something that was a faulty part on a new item. Email has not been answered. They answered and agreed to send me new control panel. I had to install, but the tub works as it should now. Product = 5 stars Customer Service = 1 star

Absolutely staining jet bath tub. High quality of materials used for fabrication, lightning, heating features, easy use makes it lead on market ! Previously I have purchased 3 Woodbridge electronic toilets and first one was purchased 3 years ago and no any problems whatsoever since then. I bought 2 more for my vacation house in Florida!
