The media could not be loaded. This is a great Jacuzzi tub. Woodbridge seems to be a good brand great price changing color lights bottom jets side jets I have a 72 inch and it works fantastic except when you have the bottom air bubble jets on you will get some splash over there’s no adjusting that, so I don’t use the bottom air bubble jets often the other side jets have a control for less or more. I love this. It came well packaged. And zero problems I did not install it myself a plumber did so I cannot comment about insulation, but as far as everything else, it’s a great tub and a good value

Love the look & features to include the lights, various spa settings or just to soak. Like others mentioned, the stupid sticker is taking forever to get the sticky part off, but that’s the only issue. Great size for long legs too!

I was really excited about this tub, I purchased last year for a house I was remodeling. It was finally installed and ready to use a few weeks ago, I was able to use it once and I was extremely happy with it. Until I tried using again a few weeks and it did not work. My electrician finally came and troubleshooted and said it is completely dead. I tried getting customer support and the only option is to send an email with details, which I've done, let's see when they respond.

This tub is unlike anyone we have seen anywhere else. It’s kind of noisy, but you can turn the speed of the water down. Wish it was big enough for two as was advertised, but my husband is 6’1” and he cannot straighten his legs out in it. The working parts of this tub are still great even at nearly year old. We have had no problems with it whatsoever.

The tub was wonderful but after 4 baths it one day would not power on any more. Support sent me a part with no recommendations on technicians and now I have to find and pay someone to replace the part. Not very happy to be honest, read the warranty small print very carefully

Got tub, plumbed and wired by licensed plumber and electrician, unit would not come on. Called customer support, who told me I have to send an email to get help, but also told me it was probably a faulty control panel. Also told me they would probably SEND me the part and I or an electrician would have to install. Not sure why I have to pay someone to replace something that was a faulty part on a new item. Email has not been answered. They answered and agreed to send me new control panel. I had to install, but the tub works as it should now. Product = 5 stars Customer Service = 1 star

Love the tub. The jets are invigorating and the lights amazing. The heat is maintained as in the description. I needed to purchase a faucet and rough in kit with tail pipe and adapter. The water was constantly draining through the pop-up center drain that was opened by any slight movement. I purchased a different tub drain cover with strainer that was flush with the tub and would not accidentally let out the water until I was ready to drain the tub. I haven’t discovered whether I can set just one color light but right now the lights rotate.
