I love the new tub. Nice elegant look. My plumber had a little bit of trouble hooking it up to the drain but eventually figured it out. Some things I wish I knew...Air bubble jets at the bottom of the tub are really strong and makes the water splash out of the tub, wish they were gentler. It does have a regulator to turn down the jets but it makes very little difference. Since I don’t really use this feature for that reason, I wish I had bought one of the less expensive models without the the bottom air bubbles. There is also an LED light that ALWAYS comes on whenever you turn on the jets around the tub (which is the feature I use the most) and The light is constantly changing colors. I’m not a fan of this light, I think it’s tacky. At minimum. I wish there was a feature to turn it off or select one color to stay on continuously...I feel like I’m at the club. If I had known this before I may have purchased a different tub without the light. Otherwise it was a great buy.

I purchased this tub for my new home. It looks more beautiful than the picture. We really enjoyed every weekend. When we technician installed it, he founded out missing a shower head. I emailed them and they sent it for me in next few days. Outstanding customer service.

I was really excited about this tub, I purchased last year for a house I was remodeling. It was finally installed and ready to use a few weeks ago, I was able to use it once and I was extremely happy with it. Until I tried using again a few weeks and it did not work. My electrician finally came and troubleshooted and said it is completely dead. I tried getting customer support and the only option is to send an email with details, which I've done, let's see when they respond.

!IMPORTANT!: - Requires 2 dedicated gfci circuits. This was sort of an oversight on my part but I’m also not an electrician so I feel this should be highlighted in the description. This is the main reason for the 3 star install rating bc requiring a whole new outlet to be run eats into the value significantly. - Tub has to be a little bit off the ground for ventilation. This is important if you don’t want a small space under the tub. Doesn’t bother me at the moment but I was surprised. It still looks beautiful, just worried about debris in the future. Pros: - Jets are strong and I feel are truly therapeutic. The air bubbles are also strong. I use them less bc admittedly they might be too strong and splash everywhere. - Water stays warm for a long time. I did not expect this, and I didn’t get the heated version. - Comfortable and relaxing. - Beautiful. Cons: - 2nd gfci outlet cuts in to costs and bang for your buck. Idk why they made the blowers so strong for the air bubbles anyway, it’s a little much. - Wish I could change the chrome trim. - Air bubbles are loud.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great Jacuzzi tub. Woodbridge seems to be a good brand great price changing color lights bottom jets side jets I have a 72 inch and it works fantastic except when you have the bottom air bubble jets on you will get some splash over there’s no adjusting that, so I don’t use the bottom air bubble jets often the other side jets have a control for less or more. I love this. It came well packaged. And zero problems I did not install it myself a plumber did so I cannot comment about insulation, but as far as everything else, it’s a great tub and a good value

Got tub, plumbed and wired by licensed plumber and electrician, unit would not come on. Called customer support, who told me I have to send an email to get help, but also told me it was probably a faulty control panel. Also told me they would probably SEND me the part and I or an electrician would have to install. Not sure why I have to pay someone to replace something that was a faulty part on a new item. Email has not been answered. They answered and agreed to send me new control panel. I had to install, but the tub works as it should now. Product = 5 stars Customer Service = 1 star
