We absolutely love this WOODBRIDGE bathtub! From the moment it arrived, the quality exceeded our expectations. The tub is beautifully designed, sleek, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The size is perfect, spacious enough for a deep and relaxing soak without overwhelming the bathroom space. It looks clean and modern and truly gives a luxury spa feel at home. One of the biggest things that stood out to us was the overall build quality. The high-gloss acrylic finish looks stunning, the tub feels extremely solid and durable and the metal drain and drain cap are premium quality, not made of cheap plastic or flimsy like many others on the market. Every detail feels well-made and thoughtfully designed. Installation was also surprisingly easy -as mentioned by our installer- . The tub feels sturdy, retains the heat very well and the non-slip surface adds an extra level safety. Our shipment unfortunately arrived missing a few important parts that were lost in transit, but this is where WOODBRIDGE truly impressed us. We contacted customer service and they were absolutely outstanding. They responded quickly, rushed the replacement parts immediately, and made the entire process easy. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely stands behind their warranty and products the way WOODBRIDGE does. We are remodeling the rest of our bathrooms after the summer, and after this experience we will definitely be purchasing WOODBRIDGE products again. Between the beautiful and modern design of their products, the outstanding quality, the impressive customer service and dependable warranty support, this company has earned our trust completely. We just recently finished a new construction home. My plumber allowed me to purchase my own tub to save money. I did a lot of research and price comparisons and landed on this tub. It was delivered freight to my new house and the delivery guys put it in the garage for the plumbers. Some reviews said that their’s came damaged, so I immediately opened it. Mine did not have any damage. We have been in the house for two months now and I’ve used the tub a few times. Pros: it’s very pretty and easy clean. It’s large. My husband and I are both thin, however, my husband is over 6 feet tall. We have both gotten in at the same time. Cons: You will need to purchase a neck pillow. Or lay a towel over the side to rest your head.
