This tub isn't very big at all. We ordered the bigger one and it wasn't sent. It measured 6 inches shorter than discription. We also ordered one the was supposed to be all the same height around the tub, the one that came is higher on one side than the other. Our plumber already installed and the tub looks like it's for a child. Don't waste your time. ... show more

It's a very pretty tub, but once you feel it or tap on it with your fingers, it's very obviously made of very thin, hollow plastic. Loos pretty, but feels like a very large children's toy. The box was completely unstructured, so the bottom opened up during transport and it was damaged. I returned it and opted instead for a nicer...more expensive :/...tub. ... show more

I'm a home builder and I've been using these tubs for 3 years now in about 20 homes per year. I've never had one arrive damaged. They present well and I've never had a complaint from the plumber during install or a warranty call after homeowners moved in. However, I've noticed recently the water depth max has changed and is honestly not acceptable for a tub of this size. Really disappointing and looking for alternatives. ... show more
