I'm a home builder and I've been using these tubs for 3 years now in about 20 homes per year. I've never had one arrive damaged. They present well and I've never had a complaint from the plumber during install or a warranty call after homeowners moved in. However, I've noticed recently the water depth max has changed and is honestly not acceptable for a tub of this size. Really disappointing and looking for alternatives. ... show more

The bathtub came with out drain pipe. The installer wasn’t able to install the bath tube. Some pieces of the drainage are missing as the lower drain gasket, the female nut and the flexible pipe. The bath tube has a scratch. We will return it.
