The screws are a good assortment of lengths, in black, which is what I was looking for. The Phillips heads are reasonable quality, fit well with a #1 Philips head screwdriver. I saw some negative reviews regarding heads stripping or breaking off. These are small screws, so I would not recommend a drill/driver. But drill a pilot hole and use a quality hand screwdriver and you won’t have a problem. I’m pretty handy, retired construction, always used tools , so I have no complaints on the quality. It is very hard to find small screws that are high grade. These are not but work. I deducted one star for the plastic storage/ shipping container. The screws were all loose and mixed in the shipping bag because the container is extremely poor. ... show more

Not much one can say about these. They're wood screws in the end. I bought them specifically because I needed the longest ones in the set to screw some guitar hangers through plaster and lath walls into the studs. The screws that came with the hangers were just a bit too short for my liking and the long ones in this set worked great. Plus the color matched the wood of the hangers perfectly. Just like the included ones, just longer. And one can never have enough things like this around the house anyway, so the other ones may come in handy some day.
