I've wanted to get into wood turning for a long time, but thought I had neither the space nor the money to do so. Measuring about 21 inches long, 8 inches wide, and weighing about 40 pounds, it is small enough for me to put it on either my workbench or workmate for use, and store it away when not in use. It quite sturdy and stable on its own, not a lot of vibration when running. Very easy to use right out of the box (there are a few pieces to put on, but nothing complicated). It can take up to a 12 inch long piece of wood (maybe longer). The speed is easily adjustable. Overall, a good value for the money. A chisel or two would have been a nice inclusion, but I'm not griping too much about that.

Solid machine. My only complaint is the handwheel on the tail stock is slipping and now I cannot retract it. I'll have to pin it or tap it and add some set screws. A little annoying but can't expect much for the price.
