I absolutely love this shirt. I avoid buying clothes online at all costs unless absolutely necessary because it's just hard to know for sure if or how something will fit. I had no luck finding a long sleeved white shirt to go under my scrub tops from any of the local stores, so I decided to give this a try. I put that this shirt fit as expected based on the other reviewers comments about ordering a size down. So it fit as expected in ordering a size down from what I'd normally order. So I would strongly recommend taking that into consideration when ordering. The material of the shirt is soft, light, thin and silky. Other shirts I have tried to wear underneath my scrub tops just made it seem bulky, but with this shirt, it hardly seems that I have a shirt underneath. There's no catching of the material on the scrub top.The length goes down far enough that I know I am covered if I'm bending over and picking something up. The sleeves extend just slightly beyond my wrists, but it's absolutely not a problem. They easily slide up the arms if you need to push them up. I've not had any issues with them riding down at all, so the stay put quite nicely. The material seems 'breathable' so if the unit I'm on is warm, the shirt doesn't seem to add to the heat. I've never felt like I've overheated because of it. When I'm in a cooler area, it does help keep me a little warmer. I would definitely recommend this shirt. I started off with just buying one in case I didn't like it, but I ended up buying two more. I have recommended this shirt to some classmates and plan on getting a few more down the road. ... show more

*Edit, I now have several of these and I love them even more now. Even on hot days (long sleeves), I can still wear them out. I wish I had discovered these Years ago. It's very soft and it's lightweight. It is Not see-through in spite of the light material (I don't know about white). Because of the material, I don't get hot. Yet, it creates a great layer. This top can work for layering or just by itself. I even wore it with a skirt to church. The sleeves reach just over my wrists which is perfect for me. However, I can pull them up to midarm and they will stay in place. No worries about getting the sleeves wet when I wash my hands. I was originally looking for a rash guard to wear under short sleeve shirts but I am really glad that I was unable to find what I was looking for. This is just So much better. I plan to purchase a few more in different colors. Yes, there is a little yellow tag on the left cuff. Small enough scissors will cut the threads if it really bothers you. i thought that it would bother me but, really, I barely notice it. Plus, it can always be tucked under. ... show more

Read all the reviews - especially ones from taller, larger gals. (I'm 5'11' - 200lbs) and built sorta like a refrigerator with long arms and legs. Figured I'd get the XL - in the wine color. Was expecting it would fit about right and not be too tight or restrictive. It came and the color was great, texture - soft as butter!! (Though it was rayon, polyester & spandex - not the viscose/spandex in the listing) Sleeves were long (YAY!) with plenty of room to pull them down, push them up and not feel tight at all - even at the shoulder over heavier arms and small wrists (yes, I'm in my 60's with "bat wings" and skinny wrists!) however... HOLY COW - IT WAS BIG and LONG in the body!!! Coulda worn it as a dress!!! Shoulders were fine but it came down below my hips, darn near to my knees and could have fit my hubby (who is 6'3" and 228lbs) in there with me - it was THAT flowy and stretchy!!! Got it on sale for $9 so thought it was a steal - would have kept it and slept in it (that comfy) except it had a puckered seam in the top front of the right sleeve...which is why I gave it only 4 stars. If you are looking for something that is long, doesn't ride up, is plenty forgiving in the sizing, and fits like a dream/sleepy/soft and snuggly - I'm thinkin' this would do the trick. I received my first wonderwinks undershirt as a gift when I was in nursing school. Best gift ever! I have tried several different undershirts and nothing comes close to these. They are sooo soft and add a little warmth without being too warm. The crew neckline is also nice for preventing an unintentional show when bending around patients. They’re nice and stretchy so if you want your undershirt more close-fitting, size down 1 or 2 sizes and you should still be comfortable. I normally wear a 3x, but in these I wear an XL and it’s perfect. (I have a size L that I wear, too, and it works fine but I can’t push my sleeves up as high to wash my hands so I prefer the XL for that reason.) ... show more

I love this tee. Will get more colors. The fabric breathes and is so comfortable. The length is great. I wear it under my scrubs to keep my arms warm, but my body doesn't get too hot with the extra layer. The stretch is great so I can move comfortably. I do iron it because I usually don't take it out of the dryer soon enough- lol. But if you take it out right away, you won't have to iron it. I bought another brand at the same time, and this is my favorite. I only wear the other if this is dirty, so I will get more of this one- but not the other. I now have these in about 6 colors and these Wink shirts have replaced my normal basic Prana shirts I wore most days. Very affordable, wash and dry with zero special treatment.
