I’ll be honest... I only took a chance on this because it was on Amazon and easy to return if it flopped 😅 I’ve seen this product floating around for ages and wasn’t sure it would live up to the hype. But honestly? I’m impressed. This isn’t just one of those gimmicky peel off lip stains that barely shows up. It gives you actual color payoff and a smooth, natural finish once the peel comes off. I used the Lovely shade for this look, and it turned out beautifully. I applied it as directed. A nice even coat, let it dry fully (it will look like a deep metallic blue at first, which is kind of fun 👻💙), then gently peeled it off. The stain underneath looked clean, even, and surprisingly flattering. It gave my lips a warm pink-nude tint that looks like my lips but better, and it didn’t feel dry or cakie. 💡 Helpful tip: Don’t rush the dry time. Let it fully set before peeling to get the most even result. I also found it helps to apply a thin, smooth layer instead of piling it on, it makes peeling cleaner and avoids patchiness. I tested it both with and without gloss. The last photo is with a soft pink gloss on top, and it layered beautifully with no weird separating or smudging. The finish is soft, matte, and natural. It feels surprisingly lightweight on the lips, no tightening or cracking. The wear time was also impressive, lasting me several hours without fading unevenly, even through drinking and light snacking. If you’ve ever been curious about peel off stains but worried they wouldn’t work as advertised, this one actually delivers. Easy to apply, fun to use, and the end result is gorgeous. This lip stain is amazing!!! I’ve repurchased in a few different colors- whimsical and hush are my favorite for a natural look. Once it sets, it truly lasts all day without smudging or transferring. The color payoff is beautiful and looks natural yet polished, even after eating or drinking. It feels lightweight on the lips and doesn’t dry them out like other long-wear products. The application process is a bit unique, but once you get the hang of it, it’s foolproof. Definitely a must-have if you’re looking for an all day color that won’t budge.

Color: Whimsical Stain & Go
As I agree get older, I feel like my lips are losing some color and I haaaaate it. I don't want to do lip blushing and I'm not a lipstick person. I hate my lips feeling dry and have to have some sort of balm or something. Saw Wonder skin lip stain and knew I had to try it. I'll make this quick. Does it work? For me, yeah. I found if you don't exfoliate your lips well prior to using that it WILL adhere even darker to every crack or piece of skin or imperfection. As long as you scrub your lips beforehand, it'll be mostly even. I also found you need to apply it thick - you can control how much you put on but it's easy to get it clumpy. So if you swipe it on thick and then it's a little thinner on in a place so you go to add more to make it even....it'll kind of peel and be weird. You have to make sure everything is applied evenly and thick for it to last...which leads to my biggest gripe. It runs out QUICK. If you used this regularly, it's gone fast. I used mine maybe three times a week and it lasted less than a month. So while I LOVE that it actually stains your lips so you don't need to reapply a lip color/liner...you will go through it very fast. And at the price point, that is rough for me because I'm pretty frugal and don't like to spend a lot of money. Doesn't seem to make my lips sticky or dry. Fades a little blotchy. LOVE the color Whimsical -- it looked prefect on my skin. Not super obvious but still enough color to make me look polished. I really enjoy this stuff but it can be a pain to apply evenly and runs out very quickly.

Color: Beautiful Stain & Go
I have very mixed feelings about this product. Previously the only lip tints I’ve tried are the glossy ones from k beauty brands and this was my first time trying a peel off style lip stain. I really wanted to find one that actually stains/lasts and I’ve seen this product all over TikTok. My skin tone is fair neutral/cool and I struggle with some pink shades looking to warm or orangey on me. I purchased the shade beautiful after doing some research and it’s a really pretty extremely natural looking/flushed shade. It does look a little warmer on my skin tone then it does in the product photos but it isn’t to warm or orangey and it’s a really pretty natural pink shade. The first thing I noticed was the scent, it doesn’t smell bad at all but has a surprisingly herbal/fresh type of scent? It also wasn’t as drying as I expected it to be and feels similar to applying a matte liquid lipstick. I did two layers of product the first time and left it on for a minute. I wiped it off with a damp cotton round and it came off very easily. The first round I noticed it definitely gave me a light flush or sheer tint of color but I wanted it a little more pigmented so I applied it a second time. After the second round it was definitely more pigmented but still had that sheer/natural finish look. I had tried it right before showering and after the shower and washing my face it held up really well and I didn’t notice any fading or smudging. However after eating lunch I did notice it had faded quite significantly, there was still a very very sheer tint of color left but it did feel like it had faded a lot unfortunately. (To be fair I did have pizza for lunch so maybe it being a more oily/greasy food caused it to break down more? It may hold up better against other foods.) application was pretty easy and after removing the blue part it feels very lightweight and like nothing on your lips. I do which it had a slightly better applicator though or more of a tapered/doe style instead of the small flat rectangle shape. For the price I was hoping for it to hold up better after meals and for it to last longer. I do want to try one of the colors in the more pigmented line (this shade was listed under their sheer tints) and see if those last or work a little better. I think overall it’s a good lip stain, it holds up decently and feels nice, it has a pleasant scent and the colors are pretty and I like how much of a shade variety they have. I think it is a little overpriced for what you get though. I would recommend buying them on sale.
