These Yellowolf boots are super cute and quite comfortable. Pros: They look just like the advertisement. I got them in beige. The fit is pretty good. The toes are a little more roomy than I am used to, but if I were out hiking and doing strenuous things, my feet would naturally spread out a bit and that extra toe room will be appreciated. I typically wear a 9 and I got a 9. They seem fairly true to size. These boots lace up and also have a zipper on the side. The zipper has a nice little velcro flat to cover it at the top. The cushioning is exceptional. I was almost off-balance when I first put them on because the cushioning is so much more than I expected. This is awesome as it really cuts down on shock absorption when walking. As for appearance, I think they are quite nice. While excellent for outdoor activities, they are also really cute and look terrific with cargos or skinny jeans and a decent top. They function very well for casual wear and also for activities that take a bit more exertion. When I first took them out of the box and put them on they were fairly easy to slip into. Then I re-adjusted the laces to fit my foot. This helped a lot on making them fit better as, overall, they felt way too roomy. I realized that I am not personally comfortable using both hooks at the top of the laces, so I undid the top one and only use the second one and they felt much better after this. They are very comfortable shoes. The quality seems solid. They are well-made and breathe well. Cons: They are advertised as being easy to slip on, but I am not going to fully agree with this. Regarding that easy ability to slip them on and off by using the zipper: no. At least not for me. With the laces where I need them to have a safe and comfortable fit, they are quite difficult to slip on and off by just unzipping them. I was looking forward to being able to get them on and off quickly, but, so far, that does not appear realistic. Overall, I like these boots. The cushioning is exceptional. The shoes are very comfortable, versatile, and functional. They do not really slip on/off easily using the zipper, but the laces are easy enough so that is not really an issue. They are currently priced at $69. Considering what shoes like this would cost in a department store, that seems a fair price. (docked a star because they do not slip on/off easily as advertised and I was most looking forward to that feature.) ... show more
