Good looking hat. Brim adjusts up or down, all the way around. Fit is moderately adjustable; you can tighten or loosen with hidden Velcro ribbon. I like the color and texture, and the lanyard is important to me for windy beach days and when jostling around. It arrived on time and in good condition. Super lightweight and flexible material, great color options. I got the larger size to be able to fit around my hair and not feel too snug. Not too wide of a brim but just enough to cover your face and ears. I was a little hesitant to purchase this hat due to the reviewers who had issues with the brim separating from the crown, but I pulled the trigger anyway. At this point I am very happy with the hat. The self-adjusting on the inside is much better than a more expensive hat I purchased, it uses velcro and elastic so it's easily adjusted while the hat is on. Not like the other hat I have that has a string that has to be tied. I bought the XL size, my head is 23" and I have curly hair, this size fit perfectly with a small adjustment and it holds in slight wind. I wanted a nice looking hat with a chin strap for when it's windy and that fit well on my curly hair. This hat fits the bill so far, I hope it doesn't fall apart. ... show more

If every other hat on the planet is just a little too snug, this is the hat for you!! Hats never fit me with my big hair and big head but holy mother of hat gods, this is amazing! It has a little Velcro pull tab under the inner lining so you can tighten it, too. Perfect sized brim and not one of those impractical huge floppy beach hats.     • What happen to the quality?

This hat is not the same perfect quality of the hat I bought last year . This had is flimsy and the color is off and the shape is terrible. It will not hold a shape . My first hat on the right has been worn nearly every day for a year and is perfect still it’s been in the ocean and has kept its shape the new one doesn’t even have a shape to keep .
