Beautiful stretchy denim material and a comfortable dress. The length is just right for me. At 5’-4” the dress hits right to the top of my knees and I love that! I know I have fluffy upper arms but the edges of the sleeves fit very snug, I lol need to get them widened because they should be wider than they are. Overall I love the dress, looking forward to getting the black one.

Needed a dress for a friend's barnyard wedding reception. The dress was giving relax, dressy, but comfortable vibes. I paired the dress with some reddish beaded sandals. Love the look and had many compliments on the entire look. I would highly recommend for the summer. Material is not too thick for blue jeans, but not too thin either. True to size. Versatile dress for outdoors or indoor. Just a great dress to have all around.

The smell.........

I like the dress, the style and the fit (I bought very large) but the smell.......... It's awful. I have washed the dress and the odor still lingers. I shouldn't have to wash the odor out of any new item of clothing. It's now airing outside in the hopes that the airing will have an impact. It's true that the dress in the picture is not the dress you get. It doesn't have the gathers as in the picture. It's tiered but flatter. Another reviewer mentioned the hems not being well finished and that is also true.

I'm 5'7" and weigh about 180 lbs with a 38DD chest. I ordered the dress in an extra large because I didn't want it to be too tight. When I put the dress on, there was no visible pulling across the chest or the back, but it feels like it's pulling. I moved my arms all around and across my body, but there still was no pulling anywhere. I'm no seamstress, so maybe it's just something about the way it is cut/sewn. Since there was no visible misfit, I decided to keep it. It is a very cute dress! As other comments have said, it is on the heavier side (thicker than a chambray shirt, thinner than a pair of jeans), but I'm okay with that. It won't be blowing up in the breeze. It is a modest length on me (just above the knee), but still short enough to feel sassy. There was talk of the smell of the dress. I noticed a smell, but I didn't find it repulsive. It just smells like some other denim I've bought in the past. I'm guessing something with the dye that is used. I haven't washed it yet. Out of the package, I find no reason not to keep it. I'm looking forward to wearing it.
