This soft cooler is very sturdy, waterproof/leakproof and well made. My only warning is, if you are looking for a "lunch box", this is probably too large. My husband and I were looking for a good quality lunch bag to use because we often need to pack our lunches as we head out to meetings for the day. We were looking at a few different ones but this one seemed to look the best and had the biggest capacity. However, we just did not think through the capacity and size in reality (the listing is clear on the size and dimensions) because we saw "lunch box" in the title so we were still picturing something smaller. We still started using it and now we like how much room we have. It allows us to pack food for both of us in regular storage containers rather than in baggies to save space. Now we can pack using our nice containers that we can also use to heat and eat from plus some good ice packs and drinks for the day. Keeping everything cold and fresh all day as we pull things out. As stated in the listing, this has a large capacity. The main cooler portion is huge. It is also well lined and does the job. I like the handles to carry it plus it has the strap if you need your hands for something else. The strap has a nice cushion piece that makes it more comfortable on your shoulder - especially if there is some weight inside. There are two good sized side pockets that have a little elastic band on either side to expand or tighten around whatever you are putting in the sides. The front zipper pocket is a good size and could easily fit plates, napkins, etc. There is a pocket in front of the zipper one that just has a little flap and a small piece of Velcro if you just need to slide something thin into that one. Then there is a small zipper in the back that would fit a wallet or phone or keys, etc. I like the soft coolers better because they are easier to get into and close back up. This is a good size bag to take drinks on a picnic or out on the boat with us. It is bigger than most lunchboxes but smaller and lighter than dragging a full sized cooler. There are pockets on both sides to carry things that do not need to be kept cold and the strap makes it comfortable to carry on my shoulder. I placed a freezer block in the bag (shown in the picture) to test how long it would stay cool and after 12 hours it was still cool inside! This was with an air temperature in the high 70s. I will admit that I did not open and close the bag during this period to get anything out, so your experience may differ, but that is a good amount of time for a small lightweight cooler! ... show more

I love how durable this bag is, I drive a dump truck, and I needed a bag that could stand up to the abuse that I was going to put it through, and so far it has held up perfectly. The outer material is very tough, I donโ€™t think it would ever catch or rip on anything, and the zippers have functioned flawlessly. This bag also does a really good job at keeping its contents cold, I have left cold drinks in there all day and all night, and they were still cold the next day. ... show more

I absolutely love this nifty little cooler. It is the perfect size for road trips in the car. It holds all the food and drinks a family of four needs for a long trip and is easy to open in the car. It has a compact size and does not take up excessive room like a traditional plastic cooler does. Since Iโ€™m putting food items in this cooler bag, it was a big plus that it came without any odor. I didnโ€™t want to put my food in anything that had any chemical or strange odor to it. I liked the appearance of the cooler bag. I ordered the black one and to me it is unisex, and a man or a woman can enjoy it. The handles are attached firmly, they are stitched well, and the zippers move fluently, which are all big plusses for me. This cooler bag is very large, can hold a lot, and very portable. I take a lot of road trips and although I have an ice chest, I hardly ever bring it because of how inconvenient it is to lug around and find room for it. This bag solves a lot of those problems. It is collapsible, so it isn't in a set shape. It is large enough to fit what you need and it doesn't need to be any larger. I can't wait to take more road trips now that I have this!
