I wasn't expecting a crepe like fabric but it is very nice and wrinkle free. I got the red, whit and blue pattern anticipating Fourth of July. It has a little light blue in it that I couldn't see in the pictures, but I kept it because of the quality. Nice arm holes not too big. Im short waisted even though I'm 5'7", so for average women you may need to wear it with higher waisted skirts/jeans or just wear a cami under it.
