I’m usually a 16 or 18 in clothes. I wear a XXL shirt at old navy for reference. My bra size is a 46B, so small chested. Because of that, I was able to size down to a 16 plus. My waist is 41”, hip is 49”. I would consider this dress to be true to size. I believe there is enough fabric for you even if you are big chested.
