I received these shoes yesterday, I have only had a moment to try one on, they are super cute and seem to be comfortable so far! Can’t wait to wear them out! Update 7/8/24 I’ve worn these shoes several times now, the first day I was a little reluctant because I was attempting to wear them to work. I have an office job, I’m quite often power walking around our building to using my stand up desk, so needless to say I’m on my feet a lot Monday - Friday 8-5. My initial thought was they don’t have the same feeling of support around your ankle at the strap as the strap that goes across your toes…toes is looser. I tried to overcome this by making sure the top strap was tight enough to keep them secure on my feet and not have it flip to the side while im walking and twist my ankle. After an hour I realized there was no way I could wear them that tight much longer! So I took them down a notch and kept on with my day. I have not had any trouble with feeling unstable. My feet haven’t been sore at the end of the day, they’ve been great aside from above and have worked out great to wear with dresses, skirts, slacks and skinny jeans. Super cute! One other side note is, my husband immediately the first morning said as I walked down the hallway, “Wow, those shoes are loud!” So they do have a clunky loud sound as I stepped down. So tried making myself aware of that to not disturb anyone by trying to be more intentional about how I stepped down. It helped. So overall, I recommend these shoes! I’d buy again ... show more

I like these shoes so much, they look great with skinny jeans or straight leg jeans. At first I ordered a 7 1/2, but they were too wide so I returned them and got the size 7. They are much tighter in the strap and feel better on my feet, I’m sort of between a size 7 1/2 and a seven, so I say go down you don’t have real wide feet. I got the neutral tan color, and they just go with so many tops and belts and purses. They are very durable so far, and I’ve worn them for about two months , not every day but at least two or three times a week. I’m not having any trouble with them coming apart or anything like that. They’re not a cheap shoe and they’re not cheaply made. Hope this helps someone else decide. ... show more

My feet measure exactly 10 inches. I wear regular width shoes and a size nine in any type of shoe fits me most of the time. This shoe is lightweight but sturdy and it is well made. My big toe peeks over just a little but not enough for me to deem the shoe unwearable. The ankle straps are loose, the foot straps also have a little room in them. I had to use the last hole (tightest one) and there is still room but that does not affect walking. Both straps could be a little tighter. So, it's too small in one area and too big in another but I rated the shoe as too small though because it's the toe fit that people look for. They are very comfortable. I bought this in a neutral color but I have to say that although it's a summer shoe/wedge, the color and texture is more of a winter shoe. I would buy this shoe again based on the quality and its light weight but I would get a more summer color though. I wouldn't buy it in a larger size as the straps on the ankle and foot will be way too big. The toe peeking out is not a deal breaker for me and looks a lot better while wearing. It's also easy to pass the strap through the buckle. Merchant also provided silicone foot pads. Perhaps that would prevent the toes from sliding down and the peek-a-boo affect? I don't think the foot pads are needed comfort wise. Measure your feet and use the guide. I'm happy with this purchase. ... show more

I read one review before purchasing that said these shoes were wide. But it was for a different fabric so I thought I would give the apricot grass ones a try. I should have listened. I am a size 8 but sometimes in an open back shoe a 7.5. I tried the 8 first and my foot was too far forward with too much room in the back. Then the 7.5 arrived, and while the back was perfect, the front was the same with my toes kinda hanging over a little (I do not have narrow feet). I think the front strap is just too roomy for me, even when I tightened up the ankle strap. I am typically a medium, standard width. Sadly I’m returning both sizes.
