I’ve struggled for years to find boots that fit my thick calves and ankles comfortably, but these are perfect! The wide leg opening makes my legs look sleek and tiny, and I absolutely love that. The interior feels like memory foam, which was a pleasant surprise, although there isn’t much arch support (not a dealbreaker for me). I also appreciate the soft exterior and the subtle 2” height boost they give me. As bf the color is very neutral so I feel like I can wear them with anything! I sometimes need wide shoes, so I was a little worried these might be too narrow, but they’re not at all. I usually wear a size 9 in dress shoes, and I got these in a 9 as well. I can easily wear them with a sneaker sock and still have room to be comfortable. These boots are exactly what I’ve needed for years and finally, a stylish pair that actually fits!

I have to say these are literally the most comfortable "heel" boots that i own; hands down. They work so well with everything in my wardrobe that I bought most of the colors. I have the leather-like style in brown & black, and I have the suede in Black, Blue & Gray. I absolutely LOVE these boots & all of them are beautiful in person. The photos here seriously do NOT do them justice. For once, the sizing chart here was spot-on for me. I highly recommend that you use it. I usually wear an 8 in dress shoes and an 8 or 8.5 in boots-depending on the style of boot & what sock, etc...I may use for it. So, I measured my foot from heel to toe & then I checked it against their size chart-my foot (heel to toe) was about 9.76-9.78 so I ordered size 8.5 (they list their size 8.5 as being 9.8-10 from heel to toe)...it fits like a glove! This is one of the few times that I have ordered something like this and NOT had to send it back due to the sizing. The sizing also seems to be consistent across styles/materials-as I mentioned above I have the leather-like material and I have the suede material boots...all of them are size 8.5; I have not had any issues. The heel height is perfect for every day use-it is 1.89" - it is enough to look cute & girly with some style, but not too much where you can't use it for every-day stuff if you want. I am a little over 5'8" tall so when I wear my dress shoes (3.5"-4" heels) it makes me 6 feet tall! I have been looking forever for a boot like this with the perfect blend of functionality & style without a huge impractical heel height-and thanks to VJH these have it all-practicality, style, and comfort. One of the best things, which is what ultimately made me want to try these after much deliberation - the WAFFLE PRINT on the bottom of the boot. THANK you to VJH for making a boot sole for real women-a proper ground-gripping boot so that you can walk in the real world and not slip & slide even on dry ground/floors. I have walked in rain, snow, wet or icy ground, and the boots fared very well. Neither the leather nor suede got messed up from any of the weather/overall conditions...so you can live & use them, you don't have to worry about every step you take messing up the material either. So many companies make every-day-boots with smooth soles & those are just death traps in anything other than dry conditions. These boots have a great sole. The style is fantastic & literally goes with everything in my wardrobe-from jeans/casual stuff to formal skirts/dresses, and anything in between. The "jeweled" strap is very nicely done-no cheap looking plastic stones or anything, and they do not fall off the strap. The buckle is a very nice added touch...it even has 2 holes/settings you can adjust if you wanted but just don't pull it too far or too roughly because the jewel/stones will get pulled into the buckle. Unlike some of the other big name shoe brands, when VJH says "memory foam" insole, they really mean it! The insole is one of the most well padded & comfortable that I have ever experienced in a boot. It has not gone flat or lost its charm yet even though I have been wearing the boots every single day all day for work & other things. Lastly, I want to point out again that the photos on here do NOT do justice for these boots...the video they currently have is really ineffective as well. The boots in person are farrrrrrr more gorgeous than even the photo can show you. I thought they looked really nice in the photos here but when I opened the actual box & had them in-hand, I was impressed & actually excited about trying them on. I have worn them hardcore regularly for about 2 months - so I cannot speak to longevity/wear & tear but so far they have worked well for daily use. I will definitely come back on here & update my review when I reach the 6-month mark. So to make a long story short-if you are considering these boots - BUY THEM! I highly recommend them to all my gal friends-you will definitely NOT be disappointed. I recommend using their sizing chart-measure your own foot from heel to toe and compare your measurement to the size chart-that will find you your VJH boot size. They have several other metrics (foot width/girth, etc...) as well if you need.

Super cute with no age restriction, comfy foam footbed, decent non-slip bottom- what's not to like?? Very glad there's extra room around the ankles for tights, as I ordered fleece lined from Amazon and they are nice and thick.

Very comfortable boots. I was pleased and surprised how every step was cushiony soft. Even the heel rubber cushion comfortable. They have a rugged bottom heel for gripping terrain, concrete, etc. They are very stylish and pair well with leggings, tights or skinny jeans. I did add an extra foam soles inside of shoe for an even bouncy feel. The sparkly design is not very overwhelming, its just enough to add a design and style to the boots. The only issue (for me) is the faux suede. It looks like brushed material. They are stylish and look really nice on my feet (my outfit)
