I hate wearing shoes in general. Finding shoes that are lightweight and comfortable that fit well has been an impossible goal until now. These aren't the most stylish shoes, but I absolutely love them. I'm back to buy a second pair because I don't ever want to go without. This is the first pair of shoes that are a 10/10 for me. Even the quick velcro is a winner over laces. I guess I'm officially an old lady, but I wish I'd had these all my adult life. EDIT: I loved these shoes so much that I immediately bought a second pair. Unfortunately, they weren't quite the quality as the first. There was a bit of foam that hadn't been cleanly cut sticking out from under the sole. On the heel there was the tip of a tiny bit of plastic (felt like fishing line) jabbing me in the heel. It was very easy to clip the foam off and shorten the plastic so that it wasn't hurting my anymore, so these work, but I am a bit disappointed with the quality control. Here's the deal, they are very comfortable - if they're right. I'd recommend that you VERY carefully inspect every inch of these shoes, walk around the house once to make sure it's all good, and if there's a flaw, return them and try another pair. They're great shoes and worth giving a try. If they're not perfect, they're still worth a second try. Because when they nail it, they NAIL it wonderfully. Just be cautious, keep the packaging, and be ready to be your own quality control inspector when you get them. It is so dangerous to advertise a shoe to nurses or cooks as slip resistant and they clearly are not. Also, they are super cheap. I may have bought them for 10 bucks or less. Sharing some true pic, I only wore them a couple hours to show how cheap made they are, the Velcro is not all the way fastened- lining is poor and just overall terrible quality. I'm returning them tomorrow. I tried them in my work kitchen slid all over the floor with them, def not a slip resistant shoe and shouldn't be advertised as that. ... show more
