This one was just barely able to zip completely, but it made it. I wore pantyhose with the boot. No hesitation about buying it. The one thing I did not like is that the zipper is white. These are a bright gold boot, just what I was looking for. Boots run true to size and not too narrow either. I am almost always a women's size 8M in street shoes. I ordered size 8 and they were perfect. Far more comfortable than expected. I wore them right out of the box to a holiday party where I was on my feet a lot. Silver for the win! These will go perfect with my matte dark silver secquin dress for the disco party this weekend. I bought two sizes, one a half size bigger than normally wear and a full size bigger than I wear. Keeping the smaller sized boots, so you might want to go up a half size if that's an option for you. The calf is just a little bit loose on me and I have large calfs (16 1/4). There is solft material on the inside and a bit of cushion on the bottom.
