I have owned several of these types of trimmers over the years and all were smaller and cheap looking. I liked the design of this one plus it looked comfortable to hold. The price and good reviews is why I chose to give it a try. My first impression was that shipping was SUPER fast!!! I'm happy to say I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE this trimmer! It is very user-friendly and works so well! I really like that it charges via a USB cable, no more using batteries. It takes six hours to fully charge, according to the phamplet that came with the trimmer, and the entire time the light stays red, so that is deceiving, as I would have thought it would have turned green when it was fully charged. I set a timer with "Alexa" and that way I don't have to keep track of how long it's been charging. :) Switching between the shaver and the trimmer is quick and easy. I like that there are two sides to the trimmer with different lengths. No pain when trimming those annoyingly disgusing nose hairs that apparently we all need, but I personally hate! Both the trimmer and shaving heads are painless to use and do not pull or hurt while removing hair, which is very awesome. I used alcohol to wipe it down before intially using it. After each use I use the brush and also blow out the random hairs if needed. Wipe down with water or alcohol to clean. I really like this company.     • $20 miracle?
I decided to give this a try after reading other reviews. I have never used a hair trimmer before so I was a bit nervous to use it. Here are my impressions after using it for the first time: -this trimmer works best on fine, stray hairs around the chin and bottom lip. I must have pressed too hard because I nicked the corner of my lip and it bled -the facial trimmer is easier to handle than the eyebrow trimmer, which feels awkward to hold and get the right angle to trim -the head of the facial trimmer is too big to use on eyebrows or between brows -there are minimal instructions so it wasn't clear how to correctly place the eyebrow trimmer. The noise is quite loud and I didnt like placing the blade so close to my eyes and eyelashes. -the eyebrow trimmer cut the hairs but there was still stubble. it doesn't work on very short hairs or very thick hairs. After using the eyebrow trimmer I had to go over the area to tweeze the short hairs the trimmer didnt catch -didnt work well on nose hairs -I have very sensitive skin and after use, especially if I had to go over the same area more than once, it left my skin red. I washed my face with cool water afterward and the redness went away -after using it on my face, I decided to try my underarms. The trimmer worked better here even on the shorter hairs -the other reviews are correct in that the light does not turn green after fully charged, it stays red -there is a little carry pouch included -the USB doesn't fit into my MacBook Air or Pro. I had to buy a ByEasy 4 port USB 3.1 Splitter in order to charge the trimmer I wouldn't say this is a miracle trimmer, but for $20 it's definitely worth trying it. I think after practicing a few more times I'll figure out how to handle the trimmer a little better. I also like that it's portable and would be handy to travel with. ... show more

    • Never using another razor near my face again!
Because of a hormone disorder, I've been using razors on my face for years. And because of the current pandemic, going to the store to replenish my razor stock has been a hassle at the best of times. So, off to Amazon. Clicking through, I somehow manage to stumble across this little beauty, and it has SO MANY good reviews! And it's so inexpensive! I can't but think, "Eh, it's worth a shot. And if it ends up being terrible, then it's not a huge loss." So I place my order. 2 days later, my package arrives. The wait was SO WORTH IT. This thing is AMAZING! Eyebrows, facial hair, underarms, legs! My skin has never been smoother! I put them ALL to the test, and this thing (while it did need to be charged halfway through doing my "test") passed with flying colors! My ONLY con is that it has a rather short battery life at just 45 minutes, but honestly? I can live with that. If I'm shaving anything for longer than that, then I'm going overboard (which I did on day 1). Seriously. Save on the razors, and simply get yourself this little thing. It was hella inexpensive, usable right out of the box, USB chargeable, portable (with it's own handy little pouch!), water-resistant as well as washable heads, and so adorably sleek! Why did you pick this product vs others?: I like the product but I have to return it because it gets hot so fast when I used the the eye brows head.
