So, these are not particularly comfortable or practical shorts. They're comfy enough, but the focus is definitely placed on them being flattering. They're extremely short and tight, so I would avoid them if you're looking for modest activewear. For reference, I'm 5'6, 120 lbs and wear a size medium. I do love how they look though! Because of how small they are I can see them being great for wearing under skirts/dresses.

The media could not be loaded. I teach pole dance and I wanted some bottoms that let me still do all my tricks (aka are pretty short!) but actually cover my bum. These fit the ticket. They have full gusset coverage while I’m dancing. They’re comfortable and mid-ish rise. I can’t see wearing them outside pole class though- the inseam is like 1 or 2 inches. They do roll up at the thighs a bit as I move, which doesn’t bother me, but again, they’re real short, so your comfort with that may vary.

These are the only "small" shorts my wife will wear in public. They are small enough where she can have the look that she likes, but not so short that anything is falling out or showing. I will buy her these until the day that I die. The quality and look of these things are amazing!

5' 3" 120 pounds - I bought large! Cute but these are "booty" shorts! I ordered large and they fit perfect. They are very short but since the piping on the legs curve, your cheeks don't hang out. These are great for working out in or for lounging - wear them anywhere else and you are going to get attention! Also, they DO NOT fold down, but they are low rise so that feature is not needed. Overall, I love these shorts and will buy some in other colors. Good motivation not to skip leg day at the gym🤭
