First bag I ordered got lost. Second bag was 2 days late. Now I’ve had it about a month and the long strap broke and the handle is coming unsewn. Not very good quality for $70. Sending back. It’s a nice, soft material but quality is poor.

I would have liked this bag, except it came out of the packaging looking like the machine broke during production…I’m confused how the bag even left a factory looking like this. Annoyed that this is even acceptable and now I have to waste time returning a faulty item.
