This probably is the best purse SO FAR that I have owned!!! It looks nice and is secure. AND I LOVE the access on the inside of the back. I don't have to go rooting around endlessly for things. I can keep my journal and a couple of other small books/journals/ sketchbooks in it Along with my pencils. I purchased a couple of clear zipper bags to keep my small items in there. One for random bits and another more for my makeup/pill supplies. My Wallet (which is not small) fits comfortably. I am not struggling to shove anything in there. AND there is room to spare for a random item.. like my Diabetes kit or something else . I only got the Medium. not the Large.. but I may later buy the Large JUSt to have that for overnights or something. I have ADHD and I like that this purse is not DEEP... I can get to everything in my purse easily and see where things are. (get the clear zippered pouches it helps!!!) I HIGHLY recommend this bag. I purchased this originally because I needed a bag that was safe & could carry everything that I need when I go out. Due to health issues, I travel in an electric Powerchair. I need a bag that has spots for a drink, my phone, umbrella, pens/markers, my wallet, a planner, a notebook (or 3 of various sizes,) my blood kit for testing my blood sugar, a case with some medications, as well as an additional 1 for the small amount of makeup I sometimes wear, sunglasses, my cellphone, a charger, hard candy for when sugar drops too low, sometimes my Amazon Fire HD, & a black-paper sketchbook or small Mandela coloring book. As well as anything else I might need. This only changes during spring/summer &/or Fall/winter. I chose the Burgundy color because my 3 favorite colors are Crimson Red, Green and Purple. So the burgundy that is this one to me is brighter than most "wine-reds" for which burgundy would fall under. This is closer to the crimson color, that I love, in my opinion. When I received it, I immediately opened it, because I wanted to see if there was an obnoxious odor they way some reviewers claimed. It wasn't fishy or terribly off-putting but a quick spray of my essential oil room spray I make; fixed it right up. Now when I open it, I'm smelling tangerine & Cinnamon bark. It's VERY LARGE inside, I was sure to include as many pictures to show you the different items I might carry when I leave my apartment for doctors appointments. On those days, I take public transportation in the form of "TARPS" which is a smaller bus in length only that takes me to and from appointments. Which is the reason I need to carry medicine, a drink, an umbrella, a notebook for keeping track of important things from an appointment w/ a doctor but also something I can read, watch a show, listen to an audio book and/or create or color something fun AND ALL OF THAT needs to be with me when I leave my apartment. I could be at the location of my appointment for hours because I have to give TARPS 1.5 hrs of time ahead of my actual appointment w/ my doctor for travel (both ways.) I find that even if this purse is on my back when I'm doing very short distances with a cane, once it's on my back, it's a balanced weight and doesn't hurt my shoulders. Both of which have torn rotator cuffs & normally can't handle anything over 4lbs. But my purse on regular doctor days is definitely weighing more than that as you can tell. I usually carry my bag at my feet, sitting on the foot-plate. I love the security features, such as the bigger zipped space that can only be gotten to from the inside, where most people would have that facing their back. I feel doubly safe when I am strapping it to the back of my chair. Using a small bungee cable; it allows no one to try to steal it. Those days, I don't carry my cell in the outside pockets though. I ordered the burgundy color which is vegan leather and has been rained on & yet still looks brand new. I'm taking a vacation in November with family & friends so I will be purchasing the same brand but the smaller size and probably will purchase one in a more neutral color (black, brown or navy.) I want to carry just enough to attend dinner without having to constantly take out ALL THE EXTRA that I leave my house with normally. The neutral color will allow it to be paired with any outfit. I like to dress up, for a nice dinner without my bag jingling or looking like a small suitcase. Everything the company mentioned when describing this purse was, in my opinion completely true. I love this backpack purse, very cute, very secure because the zip is in the back which gave me a lot of peace of mind when traveling. It has a big container which I can put everything in it. The purse is light weight and I feel very comfortable when carrying it. I love this blue color as well, which is very picture friendly. I hesitated between blue and brown when I ordered it, but I never regretted after getting the blue. It looks great in the picture from everywhere! ... show more

haven't had this backpack for a year (only 9 months of use for me as of writing this review) and the clasp that held the zipper in place completely broke off on *both( of the zippers. I cannot fix it or use it anymore bc of this. it's a solid backpack holds everything I need & I like the anti theft feature but the metal material used for the zippers will bend & eventually break making this whole bag unusable. EDIT: This company personally reached out to me & gave me a refund & said they were looking into fixing this problem. I will be repurchasing when they fix the zippers bc the bag really is perfect for all my needs & style preferences. so this was originally a 1-star & I'm giving them a 4 star due to fantastic customer service. ... show more

Purchased the medium size and love it so much, I also bought the large. The medium bag is perfect for work and travel, the larger size is great for travel and weekend trips. The vegan leather is super soft and fits comfortably around the shoulders, the shoulder straps are wide enough that it does not cut into my shoulder or slide even when fully packed. My 20oz water bottle did not fit in the outside pockets on the medium but fit perfectly on the large. My my water bottle fits comfortably inside both bags. I purchased this bag in 2019 for a trip to NYC. It was intended to be used just for the trip but I love this backpack so much that it became my every day bag for the last 3.5 years. I purchased this bag to travel for our recent cruise. I really wanted it to have cup holder pockets that were large enough for a yeti. These were! I love that the main opening is in the back -anti theft. There are a couple of pockets inside the main compartment which is nice and a small zipper pocket. They is also a hidden pocket on the front which is a great place to put things you need to access quickly. It held up well even when I took it to the beach.
