This kaftan maxi dress is so pretty! I ordered it in army green, and the color is rich and true throughout. The polyester fabric is super soft to the touch, breathable, and light, with a slight crinkle texture and wonderful flow and movement on your frame. The neckline is a wide, shallow cut, which is very comfortable and stylish. The sleeves come down to just my wrists, and I love the fabric allowance at the end of the sleeve for both air movement and also style, they aren't tight at all. The silhouette is classic with just a slight waist definition and a flowing skirt that comes to about my ankles. The side pockets are super handy and yet lie flat against you if you aren't using them, so they don't disrupt the flow of the dress at all. I ordered a medium based off the size chart measurements and it fit perfectly. The dress also washed wonderfully in the machine on cold and hung dry, with no shrinking, fading, pilling, or fraying. Just the heads up, one thing to note is that the dress does not come with the head wrap shown in the listing, the hijab which may be somewhat misleading. I ordered the Abaya for everyday occasions, and it is very comfortable and flowy and buttery soft. The design is simple, with a relaxed fit rather than a tight one. As for my wife, the length was quite long, but it can easily be styled or tailored to achieve the desired look. I was hoping the fabric would be slightly warmer for the current weather, but it is stretchy and very lightweight, which is not necessary a bad thing because it makes it comfortable to wear. The side pockets are deep and are definitely a great added bonus. We'll see how it holds up after a few washes, if its bad ill update the review. This is a beautiful long-sleeved kaftan dress. It's very lightweight polyester material; however, I have the impression that it will wear warm in the summer and is much more suited to early spring so as not to overheat. The army green is a beautiful color and fits my quite well with a wonderful flow and drape all around me. It's rare that a dress falls all the way to my ankles and wrists, but this one certainly does! It has side pockets that I didn't notice at first, but they are a welcome addition and don't bulk up the dress which is a big plus for me. I really loved this dress, but it was too long on me. Like drag the floor, tripping over it, by at least 2 inches too long. The fabric was great quality and it felt very nice.
