I grew up reading Woman's World. My Dad would snag it each week from my Mom to do the crossword puzzle 📝 and the magazine often made its rounds through everyone's hands 🖐🖐 by the end of each week. In 1985, I learned how to cross stitch by following a pattern in the magazine. I gave it as a present to my sister that year. 💟, After my Mom passed away, Dad wanted to know where to get that crossword magazine with all the cute stories in it. 🤔 I made sure he had his favorite magazine every week until he passed. It feels so strange to not buy them each week at the store now but I absolutely love 💘 seeing Woman's World appear on my tablet every week! ... show more

I agree with Ms. Romana Smith's 11 January 2011 review. The first three months of my Woman's World subscription, the magazine arrived a day before the merchants, after that they started arriving sporadic then completed stopped. When I called Woman's World, they apolized, but they couldn't mailed me the missing issues, but I could buy my missing issues (over $2 per issue) nor could they extend my subscription. Regardless, if your Woman's World is delivered via P.O. Box; home, apartment, etc. address, do like others are doing, cancel your subscription---it's less stressful to buy your Woman's World at your merchant. This is an excellent informant magazine, but like most magazines they have the "unbelievable diet/medical" articles. I would love to see more realistic ethnicity women representation in your magazines, i.e., beauty, romance stories, on the cover, etc. etc. etc. Keep up the Christian values. ... show more

Excellent magazine!!! Truth be told I really only like it for the recipes, mystery story, and crossword but I'm a guy so, as the title suggests, it's not really directed towards my demographic. I bought this as a Christmas present for my grandmother as she can only make it to the grocery store every other week, thereby missing out on some of the issues. Like clockwork these magazines showed up on Mondays weekly without fail. I was reading some of the negative comments concerning delivery but I have not had any issues. I just extended the subscription so I'll wait to see if I have any problems but all last year (2014) there wasn't a single issue with delivery. This subscription is worth every penny and, if you are already buying this at the store, I would highly recommend subscribing to save a few pennies as well. ... show more

I like the variety of articles in this magazine--a little bit of everything of interest to women. There are a lot of uplifting sidebars, and that reflects the positive atmosphere of the entire magazine. I always have to check out the diet tips and the recipes first!
