Beautiful, well designed unit but one major problem. My watch does not fit on any of the 3 different cuff sizes that come with the unit! My watch is too big for the smallest cuff, the medium sized cuff was too big for my watch, and I even tried slipping the watch bracelet over the largest cuff without closing it but the watch was too big in that mode for the largest cuff. There is no phone number to call only customer service email. I emailed Wolf and they said that I could buy another cuff size for an additional $17 but they did not my confirm that it was a different size cuff and I didn’t want to take that the chance that this would also fail. I returned the unit today. Very disappointed because I Did not expect to have this issue and I do not have an unusual size watch. The cuffs probably works better with a leather watch band due to greater closure flexibility as compared to a bracelet style watch with no closure flexibility. ... show more
