I'm a runner. These are medium compression pants, but they're very good and I could probably wear them all day. They're not as strong compression as my CW-X or 2XU compression pants (both much more expensive), no question, but I like them and I'm getting a second pair. I run with them but if they are clean I might wear them POST shower for recovery when I don't have time to lounge around in my higher compression pants. And unlike my CW-X higher compression pants with magic band areas , with these I don't have to be all exact about where my knee goes within the pattern of the thing it's just straightforward.     • Not protection from cold, wind, or rain.
They fit just fine, but they offer little protection from the cold, rain, or wind. I wore them once, and they remain in the bottom of my closet, awaiting their final destination.
