The only complaint I had was the shipping time. Given all the chaos in the supply chain today I should have been more prepared for the wait. All the stencils arrived in good shape. So far we have been pleased with them. Now just waiting for more blanks in the same size as the stencils.

Pros- I like that there’s a large variety of patterns. I like that they have good fitment. Cons-very expensive for what they are. Just pieces of thin plastic. 3 of them showed up broken, 2 I glued back together, 1 was completely shattered and I couldn’t get it glued back together. They take up space, need a container or some way to store them. Sucks these only for 1 size and weight of lure. Some of the molds are so tight it destroys any coat of paint you have previously applied. Some of them don’t sit against the lure enough and when you airbrush paint to get the pattern the pattern comes out very sloppy. All in all they are ok but I won’t be buying anymore of these for any other style lure.

I had to modify the stencils I bought for the 1.5 squarebills as they were extremely tight to the point of damaging the paint job. I had to sand the edges of the body contours quite a bit to get them to work properly. Other than that, they work as advertised.

I waited a whole month for these stencils to make their way to me from wherever they were shipped from. I purchased two sets: for the 1.5 and 2.5 crankbaits. Unfortunately, 3 of the 10 from from the 1.5 set have cracked and split on the tail ends already. This was caused by just slipping it on a 1.5 wLure blank bait I purchased from the manufacturer of the stencils. Even with only one coat of airbrushed paint, the stencil goes on very tightly and scratches the paint., requiring touching up. At this rate I'm not confident that the cost was worth it because it doesn't look like the stencils will hold up for too long. Probably not going to even try to send them back because of the length of time it took to receive them. The 2.5 crankbait stencils seem like they might last because I'm using them on a Shelts blank bait, and the stencil does not grab as tightly as they do on the smaller 1.5 from wLure. I'll see how they work with a Shelts 1.5 blank in the near future. Buyers beware.
