The package arrived on time however really beat up and I had a concern for the condition of the contents. The product was very well padded, braced in all the right places and to my surprise nothing was damaged. Inventoried the parts and hard ware and all was there. The assembly instructions were easy to understand everything assembled as designed. Instructions say about 1 hour to assemble which took me about an hour and a half by myself. Edited to add; amazing customer service! Despite missing parts they made a huge effort to make things right once I contacted them. Sadly I can’t even put it together. For the price you’d think all parts would be shipped with it. Box came battered and destroyed. Styrofoam everywhere once I opened it. That all wouldn’t have annoyed me had I not found out it’s missing pieces to put together. So now I just have a bunch of pieces laying around. I’m sure it’s beautiful put together but I wouldn’t know because I can’t put it together. ... show more
