I bought 2 of these pieces, to use as his and her clothing storage for my fiance and I in our new home, but they were definitely a lot smaller than I thought... None the less they were easy to put together and the instructions were simple to follow. They were still a little wobbly after building, but after you fill them with clothes/items they stiffen up with the weight. My biggest complaint is the depth of the drawers. It's my own fault for not grabbing a measuring tape and realizing the actual sizes of these unts. They are decent quality, arrived damage free, and are stong enough for my fiance and i to sit on while putting on our shoes on in the morning. My only suggestion is making sure you are aware of the sizing and that you are okay with it before ordering. I was able to still use them as end of bed storage, and bought other pieces for clothing storage. This piece I'd say would work well as a TV console; I hope that give you a better ideas on the height and depth of the unit.

I couldn't afford a wooden dresser, but desperately needed one. This dresser is perfect. It's light weight, sturdy, holds alot of clothing, looks great and easy to assemble. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. I did use my own allen wrench, but that was only because mine had a longer handle to hold on to. I do like that the tools were supplied, though. I haven't set up the tip kit, yet - but so far it doesn't seem needed. Only thing that is going to take time to get used to (vs. wood dresser) is pulling out/opening the drawers - if you pull to far, they will either fall to tip forward. Nothing to support or stop it. No biggy - just have to get used to it. I actually ordered a similar dress to put in my closet - I need more shelves than hangers. This will be perfect.
