The media could not be loaded. This book has made me feel right at home. It’s easy to read and features relative graphics to keep people like me (attention deficit) focused on the material, as well as space for the reader to take notes and write their own magick. The photos simply do not do justice for this item. The intricate detail of the cover gives a hint of the beauty of the artwork on each of the pages inside. Both a textbook and a workbook in one, there is no stone left unturned when it comes to the Craft. I too had the good fortune to have a pre-publication pdf copy of this book, and I have already found it useful. It covers everything I could have imagined - and more - and is easy to read. I particularly like having the blank pages for notes. As a beginner, I really appreciate the attention to basics that I'm sure more experienced folks take for granted. In those areas covered where I DO have some knowledge, I found the information to be sound and well-presented. To take full advantage of having this book physically available, I've purchased the hardcover version as well as this e-book version. Showed this to established witches and they agree its a pretty good overview, no "my way or you're wrong". It's more "here's the information, find your own path" and it's pretty informative. There are some minor informational differences between this and other books but that's to be expected, and research is important for ANYTHING you're trying to learn about.
