Unfortunately, the first time I used the multi tool, the metal bent almost as soon as I attempted to rake up weeds. When I contacted Customer Service, they apologized and quickly corrected the issue. I love the foldable saw. It is super sharp and has come in quite handy in removing think branches and tree limbs. I was really excited about this whole kit. I am a beginner gardener and just really lacked basic hand tools. It came, as pictured, and everything looked great! The bag is large and everything came in tact. I haven't used everything yet, so I can't speak on that yet. However, I went to use the pruning shears today to find that they were dull, and had some wear'n'tear spots already. Mind you, I've had these tools for less than a week. I do plan on reaching out to the seller to see if I can have them replaced. Will update if necessary. ... show more
