This can fully charge my phone a few times. I bought it when I had the iPhone 8 and needed it constantly I thankfully have graduated to an iPhone 12 so I rarely need it now but still super useful when I do. Stay charged a long time. It is quite heavy. I also don’t like that the usb c is only for charging the battery you can’t use it to charge your phone from that port. So I can’t just take my normal charger I either have to use the wireless function or bring a regular usb with me. ... show more

    • Slow charging, but large capacity
I used this for backpacking across South America, multiple USB outlets for charging many devices. The wireless charging never really worked for me, only because I used a phone case. The issues are that the battery bank charges using USB 2.0, this requires bringing different cables just for the device instead of 3.0 which is what modern phones use. Also USB 2.0 charges the battery bank very, very slow. It takes 12 hours to charge. Now to charge your phone, it's also very, very slow. If you use your phone while charging on this bank, the phone will still lose charge and not gain charging, it just loses charge more slowly. I really liked this power bank, it did everything I needed but recently it died which is within the 2 year warranty. Although I have contacted the company I have heard nothing back. Looks like I need a different one with more longevity.

Easy to charge device & charges my stuff well, while it worked. Today is 4/15/23, unit bought 4/29/21, just under the 2 yr warranty and now during unit recharge the RED light flashes, it used to flash GREEN. Research found that's not good and should stop using it. Tried to get assistance through Amazon but get stuck in their FAMOUS LOOP. You get soooo far in the refund/replace/warranty pages then it takes you back to start over ... show more

Purchase this item 4/17/21 Charger worked great for both my phone and tablet. We used it many times charging both my wife's phone and mine at the same time. Wireless worked great. I left the phone on our charging table not connected to anything for about two weeks and when I went to use it there was no power and it would not charge.
