I just ordered this new backlit keyboard yesterday as the one I had previous had a broken wire. We tried using the same USB as our cell phones but the keys didn't work properly. Well, I'm so happy I tried this one in the LARGE PRINT! This wireless keyboard and mouse are awesome. I love the way you can change the colors of the keys. I noticed it does have lithium batteries and wondered if they are replaceable and how long they last. If someone knows this please respond.

The mouse fits in my hand perfectly and functions well with silent clicks. The keyboard while beautiful I don't expect it to last too long. I feel as thought I'm gonna break the center of it resting my hands on it. The keys are very "clicky". Rather noisy. Overall everything works very well and came ready to plug and play straight out of the box without charging. It only comes with one charging cord. So, you can only charge one item at a time. I gave this 5 stars because of the value for what I paid. Color is beautiful and they both function as I expected for this price point.

Overall, I like the keyboard. I’ve only had it for several days so if anything changes in a month like certain people have said, I’ll update this. Keys are pretty quiet and I like the color availability and is very simple to modify the colors, including brightness. The rest rest is comfortable and has not caused any fatigue in my hands.The mouse jiggler worked great, Once I figured out you have to leave the mouse and keyboard alone in order to jiggle. The reason I gave it a four star is that although it has a phone slot, it’s basically built for a phone without a case on it. I use a defender case so it’s way too big for the slot. But at least I could prop the phone against a back up so it’s not a total loss. The other thing I don’t like about it is I’m used to my keyboard being more elevated in the back, and the two retractable legs barely raise it to a decent angle so it’s practically flat, but that may not bother others. I do like that the mouse has an option to have the light on or off. Also like that there’s a USB A to USB C adapter that I will probably use for something else. I’ve had no problems with connectivity. I think the price is fair.

I purchased this keyboard with mouse about two weeks ago and I love it. It is easy to use and quiet. I like the light feature on both keyboard and mouse. Mouse is also smooth gliding. The keyboard has a sleep mode if it’s not being used which I like for power save.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recently purchased keyboard and mouse setup. The mouse included does not function as advertised—specifically, the jiggler and DPI buttons are non-operational. The jiggler feature was a key reason for selecting this product. After engaging with Sablute Support for over a week, I was informed that they could send a replacement mouse that also lacks the jiggler functionality. This entirely defeats the purpose of the original purchase. If the jiggler feature has been discontinued, that should have been clearly disclosed at the point of sale. I also observed that the product link from my Amazon order history—previously labeled with the jiggler feature (“Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Backlits, Wrist Rest, Jiggler Mouse, Rechargeable Ergonomic Keyboard…”)—now redirects to a page that no longer includes this detail. This change, without notice, is misleading and raises serious concerns about the accuracy of product descriptions. While I would prefer to receive a functioning product with the advertised jiggler feature, that does not appear to be an option. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original packaging, which may impact eligibility for reimbursement. However, I believe an exception should be considered given the circumstances and the inaccurate representation of the product. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I am left with a product that does not meet the specifications for which it was purchased.

I thought I was getting one with large key letters. Oh well, just have to squint a little. I needed a wireless keyboard much more than most people because my keyboard sets on a board resting on the arms of a recliner chair with a swing monitor pulled to me and the keyboard has to be shoved aside for me to get out of the chair. Very troublesome with a wired keyboard. I chose this keyboard assuming better quality since it cost nearly double of others and with fingers crossed it did work with my Linux mint operating system and windows 7 dual boot machine. Took over 3 hours for the battery to be fully charged out of the box. If it took that long to charge, then it may take a very long time to run down. The keys are quieter than my other and soft to push down. There are extra keys on this board that I have no need for, they'll just be there. The only use I had for the mouse they sent is for vertical scroll with my left hand while my right hand runs my main mouse which is a trackball type. Yes a lot of people don't know a computer will run two mouses without conflict. So here's hoping no problems with this keyboard and will get back with an update if it does.

I like that the keyboard came in okay, priced somewhat reasonably, everything worked upon setup, good range on the bluetooth, and the changing color backlight is cool. That said, several times a day I have to go back and edit messages where I did not before due to missing characters or spaces because the keyboard simply did not register the input. This kills productivity for me and is kinda lame. The battery life is also pretty short on this. Two work days with a low level backlight and its done. The charging cord is also very short so thats not convenient for use while charging. Overall I think I will keep this as a backup keyboard but I will definitely have to find another option. I'm not a gamer but I could imagine my gamer friends would not recommend this.
