I thought I was getting one with large key letters. Oh well, just have to squint a little. I needed a wireless keyboard much more than most people because my keyboard sets on a board resting on the arms of a recliner chair with a swing monitor pulled to me and the keyboard has to be shoved aside for me to get out of the chair. Very troublesome with a wired keyboard. I chose this keyboard assuming better quality since it cost nearly double of others and with fingers crossed it did work with my Linux mint operating system and windows 7 dual boot machine. Took over 3 hours for the battery to be fully charged out of the box. If it took that long to charge, then it may take a very long time to run down. The keys are quieter than my other and soft to push down. There are extra keys on this board that I have no need for, they'll just be there. The only use I had for the mouse they sent is for vertical scroll with my left hand while my right hand runs my main mouse which is a trackball type. Yes a lot of people don't know a computer will run two mouses without conflict. So here's hoping no problems with this keyboard and will get back with an update if it does.

I purchased this keyboard with mouse about two weeks ago and I love it. It is easy to use and quiet. I like the light feature on both keyboard and mouse. Mouse is also smooth gliding. The keyboard has a sleep mode if it’s not being used which I like for power save.

What can i see, i only have 3 issues or nitpick with this, 1. i thought the keys would be a bit bigger, but they where smaller than what i thought. 2. the plastic for they keys should have been clear plastic painted, deepening of the color of the RGB you use, you could find the letters of the keyboard bit hard to see at night. 3. the charging port on the keyboard could have been put in the back in the middle not on the right side, when i need to charge it it becomes annoying to have the cable plugged in to the right. 4. the slot to put the phone is, is too narrow to put the the phones in if you use a protective case.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recently purchased keyboard and mouse setup. The mouse included does not function as advertised—specifically, the jiggler and DPI buttons are non-operational. The jiggler feature was a key reason for selecting this product. After engaging with Sablute Support for over a week, I was informed that they could send a replacement mouse that also lacks the jiggler functionality. This entirely defeats the purpose of the original purchase. If the jiggler feature has been discontinued, that should have been clearly disclosed at the point of sale. I also observed that the product link from my Amazon order history—previously labeled with the jiggler feature (“Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Backlits, Wrist Rest, Jiggler Mouse, Rechargeable Ergonomic Keyboard…”)—now redirects to a page that no longer includes this detail. This change, without notice, is misleading and raises serious concerns about the accuracy of product descriptions. While I would prefer to receive a functioning product with the advertised jiggler feature, that does not appear to be an option. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original packaging, which may impact eligibility for reimbursement. However, I believe an exception should be considered given the circumstances and the inaccurate representation of the product. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I am left with a product that does not meet the specifications for which it was purchased.

I bought two sets during a salel. I like them very much. I like that they're rechargeable and they charge quickly. They also hold a charge for quite a while. One side note (not worth removing a star) is that once in a while they don't connect to the PC but when this happens I simply have to remove the USB receiver and reinstall it and everything is fine again.

Truly an awesome product to aid anyone with vision issues. KB feels well made. The manufactures, SABLUTE, contact information is clearly listed on the sellers store front and is in the USA (unlike some sellers that do not list their contact info on Amazon and make it nearly impossible to contact or reach them even if you google them.) Excellent KB large print layout. Easy to read/ see even in the brightest light conditions.. I no longer have to turn on the room lights at night to see the Keyboard. Based on many Amazon customer helpful reviews (thanks to all), I did buy the extended warranty for my peace of mind.
